Been there twice in the last month. Food is really good. Sodas are a little watered down. Service is bad. We have had a hard time getting someone to come back to the table. And when they do we ask for refills or condiments or something and then we don't get what we asked for.

Everyone was very nice, but they seemed very short staffed for a Friday with only one floor server. However, the manager was out there jumping in and helping which is good.

Wow. Extremely Hot & Apathetic. That should be the name of the restaurant. AC is broken, it happens, maybe just our bad luck in timing. However to compensate, they have just one industrial factory fan that doesn’t circulate, just blows on one table. 84f, according to the thermostat. The food. Woof. Eggs were empty, French toast was empty, juice was out, water was nearly out, potatoes were cardboardish, only one employee, and only saw her once. Appears she was trying. People started to take things from the bar, glasses, plates. Why, because the buffet was out of glasses and plates. Worse food experience ever? It’s close.

Excellent food, abundant staff for bussing tables and expediting hot food...but nobody to give you a refill. When asked for a refill, he came back with my check instead.

Service not good, guessing trouble staffing. Went on Saturday night with a group of friends not even 10% full at 7pm. Food is what you would expect at chain bar. Will not return.

I love the food here. Service in the past has been amazing, but the last 4 times it's been bad. Water must be requested and is never refilled. Drinks stay empty unless you flag down the help. You might as well grab silverware from another table if you need it or go to the bar for better service for beverages. From what I understand, the owner has family helping to staff the place which explains why they aren't into the job very much.

i spilled a glass of water
i made the decision
to try and clean up the water in floor
let me tell u
i consumed nothing but water to drink .
service help was not great
when we were paying our bill the manager said i had to fill out an incident report for cleaning up spilled water .. He claimed u fell ..i did nit fall .i was down in me knee cleaning up spilled water
he higher insulted me and treated me like a drunk .
i do not ever drink any time of ETOH
i simply was trying to clean spilled water
It happened to be my BD and my grandchildren were with me
not only was i upset but so were they. He continued to claim i fell with never ever happened . .My son is a MD and explained to this manager i never felled .
Thanks for ruining my Birthday celebration and insulting me .

Our server was fantastic but I didn't get his name. My husband had the drive-in burger and said it was delicious. I had a side salad and some boneless buffalo chicken wings that were great!

Did door dash and the driver missed an entire bag with some of the sides and silverware. Restaurant said they would have them come back but Never did.

Got probably 90% of our order but when you pay $114 plus tips, you expect 100%. Restaurant should have made sure we had everything.

It's really too bad. Green Mill used to be so nice, but I am afraid my last two experiences have been rough.

Half the kids menu is not available as printed, which is difficult on parents. Served kids drinks in full size glasses too. Burger was undercooked, mozzarella sticks were overcooked.

Really a shame.
