The ice cream was delicious, despite a small serving. We were charged for 2 smoothies, which they remedied after I brought it to their attention. After leaving, I noticed an added tip of $3.03, which I had not authorized. Mistakes happen, but two upcharges are suspicious.

Very unpleasant people. I stopped for ice cream here with my husband and son about a month ago and interacted with a very rude employee who came in, served a SINGLE customer, and then left the mall. Couldn’t be bothered to wear a name tag like his coworkers but was wearing a hat labeled “boss.” I’m glad he’s not mine!

When to Mall of America this afternoon and checked out Hagen-Dazs. Daycie the employee there recommended a very enjoyable mango strawberry smoothie that was very refreshing. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make the experience feel personal and welcoming.

I was over at the mall today and I decided to get my favorite ice cream. I had never tried the Haagen dazs at the mall before I usually get the pints at stores. The servers ended up being really nice and the ice cream ended up being even better than I expected. This is definitely my new go to ice cream place at MOA 💜

Coffee chip is my favorite and has been since I was little. Today at the MOA lol cation I walked up and did not see it. The girl behind the counter asked if she could help I expressed my sadness at not seeing it. She said maybe we have some in back. She came back out with the smallest tub of it in have ever seen and made my day!!! It was just really kind and I totally appreciate her going out of the way for me!

Just witnessed the most insane exchange here. A very rude and aggressive customer was harassing employees Elizabeth, Bhuvi, and Angela, who all remained very polite while they were threatened with “a bad review” over a customer trying to scam free product. The interaction made me want to leave my own review and comment on the wonderful conversation I had with Elizabeth and the kind demeanors of Bhuvi and Angela. I will be back again!

Stood in line for 10 minutes with cashier (Bhuvi) watching us, then got abruptly told to go stand at the other end of the line which was not marked at all. Took my business elsewhere instead! Cold stone is across the mall 💯
