My favorite place in the mall to get ice cream. Fresh ice cream, clean atmosphere and wonderful staff make this a must see while at MOA.

The schedule on Google says that they open at 9 pm and the young man did not want to assist me. They should update their schedule and not waste time

Had a bad experience with the coworker Oscar. I felt rushed on giving my order. He never asked my boyfriend what he wanted and when Oscar rang up my stuff I told him also whatever my boyfriend wanted and Oscar waved his hand like he was "saying" hurry up come on and tell me. My boyfriend only could tell him what kind of shake he wanted. Oscar didn't ask him what size nor if he wanted toppings on the shake. And when I was paying for our order there was "leave a tip" option and I was not going to leave a tip after how he made us feel. I did not know what to push on the keypad since there was no option for no tip, so we asked "what do we push if we don't want to leave a tip" and he rudely said back "other".
The ice cream was great, BUT OVERPRICED.
We will not be coming back and ordering from them again.

Had a bad experience with this place Oscar rushed me and my family to order when we didn’t get time to look and see what options they had plus he never once asked if we were done with our order and put toppings on our stuff when we didn’t want toppings after we had told him we didn’t he just assumed he was very unprofessional and I will not be ordering from here again because of how rude he was

The employees were nice, the icecream was tasty. The annoying thing is that Häagen-Dazs force u to tip them, u have no choice. Thats stealing Häagen-Dazs. I dont think my tip went to the sweet employees who served me. ???My reply to Häagen-Dazs:There were 4 options for tipping, I believe the first 3 gave a set amount of tips as options, and I chose the 4th option, which was "others". It lead me to a screen that is basically for customizing/manually entering in the amount of tip u wanted to put in. It made me feel awkward and pressured so I ended up leaving some tip, not much, but some. I still felt it was not the clearest way to go about the transaction. Regardless, if you say the tip goes to the kind employees then its fine. Thanks for clarifying.

Very poor service! I order cookie and cream, and the man looks at me as if I did something wrong! However, he eventually gave me the cookie and dough instead of my cookie and cream! I also ordered a mango smoothie, and guess what he made for me? A strawberry mango. He was extremely rude and angry when he handed me the smoothie that I had paid for. It used to be a favorite spot in the mall, but with this type of employee, it's a shambles.
