Excellent service. Servers that remember my name and what I like. The food is always top notch.

Tried the salmon special with avocado salsa. It was so good! The place was super busy with lots of energy.

The music in the restaurant was very loud. We were there to meet a good friend while they were in town, and the point was to have conversation. The staff was more than willing to turn down the music somewhat, but it was still difficult to hear someone seated on the other side of the table when they were talking. The waitress was exceptional, as was the food. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Minute Chicken, Pot Pie, Lobster Bisque, even the wedge salad was fantastic as was the Key Lime pie for dessert.

This was our first time dining at Hazelwood. Great service and friendly staff! Enjoyed the peppercorn salmon!. Although it was extremely busy, the servers were on the ball and did not miss a beat. Great quality food and drinks! Will definitely go back

The service, food and ambience was exceptional. The biggest problem was the gnats and mosquitos! We had a great table outside, but we got absolutely chewed up by mosquitos and gnats! Even our server commented on how bad they were. It made a great dining experience with friends not so good. I would recommend not reserving a table outside.

We sat outside on a summy afternoon—shaded patio so it was great and much quieter. Food is always perfection here.

Fantastic! Great service - very professional and considerate. Expansive selection from the bar and food menus. Had the minute chicken (a top seller and the chicken was very good) also ordered the large filet (perfectly cooked and tasty) as well as the Parmesan crusted walleye fish - phenomenal! If I could suggest two appetizers: calamari comes with jalapeños that really set this dish beyond the ordinary and the fried shrimp deviled eggs! Five halves of deliciousness come out with a fried shrimp placed on top...exactly as good as you think it would be!!!

Color me surprised. I booked this for a work dinner on a Tuesday night for a colleague who was flying in from out of town. I didn't think a restaurant across the street from MOA would need a reservation. How wrong I was. The place was packed!! And, for good reason. The food was quite good. We had the deviled eggs (not a usual order for me) which I enjoyed and the artichoke dip which wasn't exceptional (chips were a little stale) but good. I had the walleye which I enjoyed very much - crunchy parmesan exterior was a nice touch and broccoli was surprisingly tasty? Broccoli? I know. She had the rotisserie chicken which was outstanding - so juicy and tasty!

Very good food, good service (other than rushing us to order and leave). Value is decent. Good atmosphere.

Been here numerous times but not in a while. Some recipes seem to have changed or maybe a different chef. Lobster bisque used to have a much better, more profound depth to flavor. Pastas include little protein. Still a decent place.
