This is a personal favorite of mine there's a nostalgic feeling of walking in and hearing "Hi welcome to Hooters" flirting with the waitresses is a young man's game but the staff has always been friendly. Fun fact hooters is creator of the fried chicken wing a personal favorite of mine. Me and the fellas would go grab a 50 piece and some fries to catch the game.

Absolute dog service. Sat at the bar unacknowledged for 20 minutes with bartenders walking past me acting like they’re too busy while counting their money. Pretty disrespectful and disappointing. Never coming back here again lol

Terrible!! In a dead restaurant We waited, waited, waited, waited, no one came to take our order. We were sat directly behind seating host. I told the bartender no one has taken our order. She told a waitress. Another 10 minutes. We all left and the waitress said “thanks for coming”. I have Never left a restaurant before for no service.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. Me,co-worker and client went today for lunch. Got there at 12:20 greeted right away. Asked for table away from door waitress rolled her eyes. Moved to booth as my person served gets ansey. At 12:30 we decided to leave because no one came ti wait on us. As this was my co-workers 1st time there, she wanted to see how it was seeing how she had people coming from out of town (20ppl), and they had never been there also. I have been coming to hooters off and on for 30 yrs. Use to go the original one in CLW FL. After today I will never be back. I will stick to buffalo wild wings and when I'm in FL in will be winghouse.
Maybe they thought they weren't going to get a good tip, well I have been in the business off and on for over 40 yrs. I start my tip as $20

$9.60 for a single pint of beer; then a bartender babysits the tablet to ensure they get their tip. Service was pretty good, but a pint of beer shouldn’t cost $13 out the door. The google rating of $10-$20 per person was for ONE 16oz draft beer

Waitstress likes to sit at bar and talk Ashley I believe her name was unfortunately not her fault my id was lost found in are car in the parking lot of mall of America was gonna order a adult drink when she found out my table was not going to have a adult drink and I was next to my wife we had been there for almost 1 hour and 15 mins no refills on drinks food was cold and nice rubbery chicken not going back last and final time have gave yall 3 chances and something with service is gone not like a southern hooters where you actally enjoy your job and interact with the customers been all over the U.S you would think it's mall of America be top notch you rank #1 worse hooters worse then the 1 on undercover boss .

Went out of our way to come here because I had a coupon I got for a free order of wings only to be told this was not a corporate location so they wouldn't accept it. Tried to use the app to at least get rewards point for the purchase but was again told this location doesn't participate due to not being corporate. The curly fries I got with my overpriced chicken sandwich were stale and cool rendering them inedible so I'm guessing this location not being "corporate" means they also don't follow corporate standards for food quality either. Anyways, in a sea of great food options at the mall, this is not the place to go.
On a positive note my wife's fries were OK so we just shared hers and threw mine away. My son's kid's meal fries were also stale and cool but he was so hungry he would have probably eaten them if they were still frozen.
