Today, my friends and I went shopping at the mall. When we got to the food court, we saw an Ichiddo Ramen shop. I was surprised to find one here! There's also an Ichiddo Ramen near where I live, and I'm a regular customer there. I especially love their chashu ramen, while my husband loves their beef ramen. The taste was still fantastic, just as good as the one near my house. It was a very pleasant meal! I'll definitely come back next time I'm shopping at the mall 😊

The food was really delicious, but I overheard some disgusting things: the people at the next table were discussing how to take their half-eaten food back to get a refund, then go to several other restaurants, eat half of that food again, and get a refund... If I hadn't heard it myself, I simply couldn't believe people would do that. If I didn't like their food, I certainly wouldn't have said anything. 😆😆

We enjoyed Ichido Ramen! The noodles were a bit chewy, the char siu and the broth was delicious. The price is reasonable because this is a whole meal which filled me up.
So next time when we go mall America again we will eating ramen again 😀😀

Not sure why their food is significantly lacking in quality compared to their other locations. Prices are insane for the kind of quality you are getting. Management needs to rethink the strategy to not drag the brand name down. There needs to be better quality control as the ramen I ordered did not warrant anything more than 10 dollars.

The operating hours were wrong. Arrived at 10am on Saturday because Google states its open at 10am. Turned out that nobody is working at this outlet.
This place needs to be shut down. I ordered a Miso Ramen at a time where there was a rush of people. When I got my food and I took a bite of the noodles with a quick bite from the egg, I immediately knew something was wrong. The Egg tasted foul and smelled like sulfur. They are serving rotten eggs in their ramen. If you are supporting a place like this, you are literally supporting people KNOWINGLY, poisoning their customers. 0/10 I will never go to any Ichiddo ramen again.

The city of Bloomington needs to send a health inspector!!! I was served a spoiled rotten egg. The egg was SOUR!!! I did not eat the egg and ate the ramen. Dumb mistake on my end. No surprise, I ended up throwing everything up a few hours later from food poisoning. How the heck do you serve spoiled food to customers? I understand eggs are not cheap right now but wow, at least throw away your unsold products.

Char siu has no taste at all….even though it looks good. It’s a one-time visit.

Fried tofu was a joke. Flavorless and not crispy. Kimchi ramen was not good.

Ramen was flavorless AND had hair in it. I showed the cashier and she just nonchalantly said “we can remake it”. Yall…I stood there and watched 3 people hover over my food with not one hair net in sight! What sense does that make? I also asked for some sauce to add flavor to my food, and guess what?! The manager said it’ll be an extra charge! lol After I found their hair in my food, that I had already started to eat, and allowed them to remake, instead of demanding a refund. They do not value their customers. I decided to give them another chance, they didn't deserve. I will never come back. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Pictured below is their “spicy sauce” she didn’t bother to say it came with meat, and two different dishes that came with hair in it. The picture of ramen was meant to be posted on social media. That is the only pictures I had and I’m glad. Bottom line. Cooks should cover their hair and wear gloves! Managers should too, if they’re going to handle food and money.
Update: I also found the managers hair in my gyoza……once I got back to my hotel.
