Best trip to IHOP I've had. All the food was great. I don't usually like IHOP but this one was worth it. Fast and polite service and great food.
Went in this evening with my family food was good and our server selena was fantastic took great care of us definitely will be back best service we have had anywhere in a long time!!!

Had a breakfast craving, mostly for pancakes. So to the IHOP I go
Pulled in and found close parking, walked in to a full waiting room and put my name in. Super nice gentleman greeted etc. I took a seat and then was startled by this HORRIBLY loud PA system that announces when tables are ready. It was the worst thing I’ve heard in a long time, can’t imagine if I was sensitive to sounds.
Anywho, my name was called and I was seated. Clean tabletop, unfortunately I sat unnoticed for 14 minutes.. Finally the super nice gentleman noticed and told the server to get to her table. Thank goodness he noticed, I would’ve sat there all day I think. The server finally acknowledged my presence and seemed pretty flustered. She kept calling me honey and didn’t even apologize for the wait. She wasn’t my favorite(older with shorter hair, space-cadet)
Food came shortly after ordering and I wasn’t pleasantly surprised! Everything looked and tasted great, hit the spot for sure.
Besides the bad service I’d say this place is worth another visit because of the food
So I had a problem through uber eats. A driver stole my food and uber eats wouldn’t resend the order to the store so they could remake it. Frank kindly helped me and my daughter get fed and they remade the food on the stores behalf. This has been the best experience I e had by far with any restaurant when it comes to difficulty through apps and I strongly recommend DINING IN!!
The Waitress is a class act. She delivers Top Service and Great Food singlehandedly (no other waitresses / waiters in sight) . Given the demands ( higher volume of clients next to the Largest Mall of America), this IHOP , starting with its Waitress, should be among the Top Rated of its Kind in the USA.
Make sure you let the manager know Mark said to stop by.. He will get you a great table!

Chase was an an amazing server. He was very attentive and extremely helpful and patient. I highly recommend sitting in chases section. Oh yes I almost forgot the food was pipin hot and very delicious!!
