This place was fantastic before the pandemic, but since then (and since losing the one lady holding a great experience together) - it has been pretty horrible. The food is too expensive - bare minimum quality and carelessly thrown together. The service is honestly laughable and the atmosphere is tragic and sad.I ordered chicken wild rice soup - it was the worst version I've ever had with zero taste.When I picked up my food I asked about a drink and was pointed to a cooler and then ignored. Just terrible.Before the pandemic = popping with patrons and delicious foodAfter the pandemic = not worth the time or moneyUnless they change things, I'll never be back and will continue to spread the bad news by word of mouth whenever my coworkers in the building mention it.

I look forward to my lunch every day and I love the convenience of being able to have lunch right here in the building I worked, but I will never order again through Isabella's because if they close their doors and lock they have no way to be able to get food that you paid for. I work for a call center and basically was unable to get down there to get my food in time before they closed and even the security officer for the building doesn't have access to being able to help me get my food.Isabella's, if you honestly read any of these reviews I would hope you would follow through with your professionalism and refund me my $14.something cent chicken strips wrapped in a tortilla with cheese and fries.. I honestly didn't care about the quality or the price I was paying cuz it was convenient for me but it's not convenient at all when your lunch is at 2 and that's when the establishment closes it's doors and there is no way to get me my product that I already paid for way ahead of time. You should give access to the security guards in our building, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to have someone, whose job is to physically protect the security of the building, and not give them access to part of it.Idk I'm sad because I really liked having Isabella's as a convenient way to have lunch while in the office. I will forever continue to stay firm on my position that for what you pay and the services provided as example, you get what you pay for. Too much money, and an overwhelming amount of disappointment. Thanks Isabella's. If you don't do anything to amend this situation I will be sure to continue to never order from you again and make sure my coworkers don't either. You aren't promoting good professionalism when there is no way for me to contact you via phone or even have the ability to get my lunch after you are closed. Thanks

I eat breakfast almost every day and lunch sometimes at Isabella's Too. The food is DELICIOUS and cooks are great! I recommend that you go and give your taste buds a wonderful experience!

Great food. Great staff. Bob, Joni and team make great food and always make you feel at home. The service is excellent - quick, accurate and friendly. The food itself is a little oasis in an otherwise busy day. Their regular menu is robust - something for everyone. Their specials are thoughtful and delicious. Serving size is great. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Isabella's Too is my go to lunch location. Bob and Joni have been there for several years and they take the time to get to know their customers. The menu is diverse and almost everything is made from scratch. I am there 3 times a week because they are located in my office building and I never get bored... so you know it's good!

Went to get lunch and they were busy on a Friday standing in line for a while and Joni was done cutting a flatbread for someone, when she was done she skipped me, All I wanted was soup. Talked to Bob and said I was done no reason for that. Was a long time customer. If your not in a hurry and don't mind being skipped then this is the place to go.
