I was honestly kind of disappointed with my visit. The edamame were delicious, and the tonkotsu broth grew on me as I ate, so much so the bowl was dry, but the gyoza filling was rather bland, the buns were soft but too big for the amount of filling, and I would have hoped for some chili crisp readily available.

Arrived at 8:45 Tuesday to a full restaurant and were told we could only order to go because they closed at 9. I asked if they would allow us to eat there as our kids were starving and being from out of town we didn’t know where else to go and had read great things about the food but we’re still told no. Ramen to-go? No thanks. As a 20 year restaurant industry veteran I know we would have finished eating long before the staff was ready to leave, and likely before the other tables had finished. That’s a terrible policy combined with even worse customer service.
