Smoothies are great as always but customer service was particularly horrible this day around. I came in 20 minutes after opening to the one employee sitting on her phone I came in for a mobile order wasn’t too sure how to use it being my first time and she hit me with some attitude Very rude and unhelpful definitely not a welcoming person don’t have a name for her but it was the am shift on July 16th

Went in yesterday and had the most delicious orange juice and strawberry bowl, the staff is super friendly as well as fast. The manager is incredibly sweet. I wish I could give them 10 stars 🌟

This location is inside the Mall of America, 3rd floor. The location was clean and the ladies were polite. They didn't have fresh bananas 😢. It happens but it was disappointing. The acai bowl was still good and I got extra strawberries for the lack of bananas.

Epically screwed up my wife and I's order, staff utterly disinterested in customers. Call out order numbers rather than order contents so probably have no idea what they're making. Normally I'll pause to correct an order and have it remade.

Didn't have time today.

Workers were all very nice but the sizing was ridiculous. I paid $12 for a bowl that was only halfway full. They have the bowls displayed in the front leading to the impression it will be that size.

For a 10$, it was the worst strawberry smoothie I ever got. And when I asked if they could atleast add in a little moee strawberry they looked at me dumb founded because the ratio is what it is. When i pay 10 dang dollars for a smoothie, I shouldn't have to question what kind of flavor it is when drinking it.

The workers here were super slow (two were just cutting strawberries instead of making smoothies when it was extremely busy) and called out names/orders as quiet as possible so people took other's drinks. The smoothie also did not taste good at all. Not worth a 20 minute wait for an overpriced drink with awful customer service. I would give it negative 20 stars if I could.

The store was dirty. The need to clean the tables and sweep the floor. I did not know you needed to order from the kiosk. The work let me stand there and look stupid
