UPDATE!!got worse since I was here last-Extremely slow taking the order, I had to repeat four times-Didn’t add hot peppers like I asked multiple times-No one else in line, but it took forever to make the sandwich.-She didn’t look at the receipt and forgot to give me the pickle I ordered, it also wasn’t sliced like I had asked and she seemed genuinely angry about working.Iced tea was absolutely tasteless, it’s probably been in there for a few days.On top of everything, my order was over $20. The food was ok, still not worth a $20 for a lackluster sandwich, small bag of chips, small pickle, and bland ice tea.Overall, terrible experience. I won’t go back anytime soon.

Didn't include meat on one sandwich. Didn't cut it in half. Didn't include napkins. Didn't include my side cookie. When I asked for them to send out the proper foods, they said they had no delivery drivers... even though I just got food from a delivery driver. The guy on the phone slurred in his speech and sounded like he had no idea what he was talking about.

Used to run this store for 15 years. Spin the planet and they're management has ruined a store that helped build JJ . Shame on you Dan Van

Do not waste your time and money at the Jimmy John's on 98th and Lyndale in Bloomington MN. It is disgusting! There was food scraps all over the floor and countertops (mind you, I am one of the first customers there at 11am) we had more lettuce, etc stuck to the outside of the sandwich then there was inside the sandwich. I asked for onions, did not get. I quit going here for almost a year because it's such a dump with zero customer service. No greetings...no smiles, nothing. The worst part is the bread....it's like trying to bite through sandpaper. It crumbles every time you try to literally tear a bite off your sandwich. I'm sure they are trying to use up the 1, 2, even 3 day old bread....it's disgusting. I had to try to call them 4 times before anyone even bother to answer the phone. There are many other Jimmy John's in Bloomington....pick any of the others except for this dump with awful stale, hard bread.

I've been going to this particular jjs since I moved to Bloomington. Everything has been great until recently. The last two times I've gone they've messed up my sandwich. It wasn't even the things I added to the sandwich but it was the things that should have automatically came on the sandwich that were missing. Personally I'm not normally offended by this. I am a previous worker for the company. A worker of 8 years to be exact so I know what I get on my sandwich. When I went back in to let them know and have them remake it I was nice and polite, but I was not met with the same attitude. I get a Number 7 no oregano, add pickles, and jalapeno ranch. This particular day I got an unwich. When I opened it it had cucumber on it (I have never liked cucumber on my sandwiches, even if I were to get a 12 I would take the cucumbers off) no hot peppers or onions to be seen which is my favorite part of the sandwich, so I took it back in. I was met with the worst attitude. I watched her remake the sandwich and throw at least 10 (or more) pickles onto the unwich and a ton of hot peppers. As I waited there was another woman that was working stood at one of the registers just glaring at me. I don't see myself being in the wrong when I paid for my meal and the meal was not prepared correctly. There were also no other customers in the store when I came back in so I didn't understand why the attitude was so much. I finally got my sandwich and left. At this point I didn't care if it was still made wrong because I didn't want to deal with the looks anymore. I opened it up and it was of course soaked but guess what? It still didn't have onions on it. ?

I went in to order 4 sandwiches and one employee is on the phone speaking with such obscenity, I was both offended and embarrassed at his language that didn’t stop when he saw a customer. The other employee just ignored me. After waiting 4 - 5 minutes I yelled out “thanks” and left. I went to Jersey Mike’s where they trip over each other trying to be helpful.

Got there late and there was only one person and he was amazing! My daughter ordered her own sandwiche and he was so patient. I appreciated it!

Every other week we order five plus sandwiches for a work function we have been doing this for well over a year and it just amazes me that the sandwiches are never prepared correctly the added and subtracted ingredients are never correct we consistently have missing items missing ingredients and these are not free delivery seems to get later and later every time it's delivered the store always has an excuse that they don't have enough staff they don't have enough delivery drivers I can understand a delivery running behind but I don't understand how sandwiches can't be made correctly please do better sincerely a very sad regular customer

I think people imagine what they hear think they see at this Jimmy John's I've never had too many problems I wish they keep those bad comments to themselves these are hard working people who deserve better respect than what they get from other customers so who ever says bad stuff about them just keep your thoughts to yourself and go ahead and complain about other restaurants instead leave the hard working people be they're trying to make a living for crying out loud you ruin it with bad reviews those who do this will get a lump of coal for Christmas there I said it a lump of coal

Worst sandwich ever bun was day old hard and supper thin. The bun looked to be made with way less dough than it should have and pulled to length, that kind of thin.

Employees seem more concerned trash talking other people than doing their actual job. Went there to buy lunch with my wife. We were the only customer in the store at the time and we felt like a bother. Got a whole lot of condescension, sarcasm and stink attitude from the employee with the pimples. Will never be going there again.

My god. Zero customer service from counter, can’t say more than 2 words. The amount of meat on my sandwich was laughable, literally 2 slices at most. Terrible experience, terrible value, won’t be back. Customer service is dead.

1230 pm pickup online order clearly not fresh lettuce. I know at home I would have to leave a bag of lettuce open for a couple of days before it turns color like this disgusting. Also, I called the store and recorded the conversation and I have the morning manager on recording stating that he picked the brown stuff out that he believes it to be acceptable this morning .
