I’ve had missing items in my delivery twice now. In my first order, the cheese was missing, and in the second order, a bag of chips was missing. Please look into this issue.

Rebekah is always so friendly and not only makes my order 100% correct but is so fast as well! Sometimes I think it tastes better when she makes it even though it’s the same sandwich!!!

Nice location, friendly staff, awesome sandwiches. Had given up on JJ's during/after the pandemic because all the locations near Minnetonka were closed or had super strange hours. Moved to Richfield recently. Glad I decided to stop in at Bloomington SouthTown JJ's. So good. Will stop in more often.

Ordered our food using the app and was ready as soon as we got there (short time between ordering & arriving). Friendly service, but the main reason for this review is that my mom is still raving about her sandwich 24 hours later saying it’s “the best sandwich she’s ever had in her life”. Not sure what was done differently but she loved it! Props to the sandwich experts working during our visit yesterday

Almost the worst place ever. Driver was an hour late, my kids were starving and we were stuck at a dealership in walking distance after our vehicle was totaled. The phones went straight to voicemail I called 4 times. The JJ driver showed up and was so unprofessional and rude, had no empathy that we had been waiting an hour with starving children. Then the store just called me now (this happened Thursday) and was terrible - terrible! Of course no refund, not even on the large tip. But was condescending like I was ruining his life. No empathy whatsoever, worst interaction ive had

The employees at the Jimmy John's off of Penn Ave. In Bloomington seemed angry. They looked at me like I had two heads. They didn't greet me. They barely looked at me. They also expect you to carry out a stuffed bag of food and drinks. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time.

Every employee seems to be angry they were at work on a sat. Talking about how high and drunk they had got the night before. Ordered a italian no mayo. I got mayo. So I asked for a spoon. Watched a 6ft blonde shaggy haired male pick up a spoon. Put it back down and grab a fork. He told me they were out of spoons. 1st & last time customer.
My first time eating Jimmy John's. The store was very small. The order line was in the way of the door. Very few tables inside
The sandwiches were expensive. I forgot to ask for a senior or AARP discount

Worst customer service ever. No one greeted me, all 3 people working looked openly hostile, the timed order I placed was not ready 15 minutes after the window, i was given 3 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips stuffed into a bag and then "instructed" to grab my two sodas and figure out how to carry everything. I'm industry so I usually tip in cash. No way. Food was good but the crew on Saturday evening needs a wake up call.
