Decent lunch delivery. Not sure if 45 minutes was really "freaky fast" but no complaints on my lunch sandwich, iced tea, and bbq chips. I typically don't splurge for the meal and just get my ol' standby sandwich, but the Jimmy chips are so crunchy and delicious, it was a nice extra treat today to satisfy the craving. Note that ordering through the app lets you customize to choose "regular," "xtra," or "ez" on the ingredients. They take their "ez" very seriously and hardly give you any, so next time I'll be going "regular" with everything.

Watched the delivery driver throw my order at my door after being super late. I guess the freaky fast is the toss across the yard to hit the door.

Staff is lazy and unable to fill orders adaquetly. I placed an order for three subs, came to pick them up an hour later. Staff was leaning around, no customers. After I got halfway home I realized they only made two of my subs.They also will close down over an hour early, and multiple staff stand there laughing at customers who try the door.

When we stopped in to grab a sub and they wouldn’t help us. Actually had his back towards us and on his phone. We left. Horrible service. This is not the first time with bad employ and service. Just rude.

Don't say you're open on your website if you're not open. Spent 10 minutes of my 30 min break driving over here, just to drive back to work with no food. If you're closed, say you're closed.

it's Jimmy Johns, the sandwich is ok, but at least they deliver. We laugh (it's also running joke), at least one sandwich is not done correctly. Usually mine since I had extra lettuce and hot peppers. Either I get a sandwich with only lettuce or no peppers. Today, mine had no lettuce.
Apparently they are not open at 3:37 pm on Sundays so… they don’t like money.

Ordered through DoorDash. They quickly called me and told me they didn’t have a delivery driver and would cancel the order. If that was the only issue I wouldn’t leave a review…stuff happens. I figured I’d just go get it myself. I arrived 20 minutes before they’re posted closing time, but the door was locked. Employees yelled through the door that they were closed. Whatever. Still wouldn’t have prompted me to leave a review. Then they marked my delivery as complete to charge me for food they wouldn’t even bring me. Don’t bother with this place. Avoid at all costs. This place is AWFUL.

Everytime that I have been there the staff has been amazing. Friendly, fun, professional and super kind. The food is excellent. Going there tonite! I always order from this store always had great service. I always have specific instructions on where I am located. The delivery driver was mad that he had to go to the 2nd floor and told next time I have to meet him down stairs and rudely told me he had to many sandwiches.
