Probably the single worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with multiple times and I probably will never go back there. Not only did they take an hour to get me my sandwich this time but last time they completely messed up my order and claim they were gonna give me credit for the order, but never issued me the credit. I will be reporting these interactions to corporate. Because I have nothing better to do right now because I’m busy waiting for my sandwich.

I was only inside this location for a short time but it was because my order was ready when it was supposed to be! The sandwiches at this chain are consistently delicious and of high quality. The service is also great and fast! Parking is easy and free. I appreciate the great food and fast service! So I definitely recommend and I will be returning as well.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, they agreed to remake my sandwiches and send them back out but wouldn't offer any refund. They said they would give me a couple free cookies, which they never sent with my next order. Terrible customer service and really no apology. For a mistake that they made. An hour and a half wait for food because they messed up. I won't ever order from them again

Concerning Sanitation Standards
Horrible service, the staff in this location needs training right away, I had to wait 35mins for my order (just a couple of sandwiches) because they messed up the first time, then I found a hair in my sandwich a very long blonde hair, they make me a new sandwich but; they didn’t bother to offer an apology, is a shame, but I’m not coming back!

Was on a business trip and haven't been to JJ's in a long time, so I tried it out again. Very delicious turkey sandwich. It's a bit expensive but actually worth it.
