I used to order delivery for lunch twice a week but over the last 6 months the delivery times have been terrible. I order before 11:00am and still have to cross my fingers that it gets to my office by 1:00pm. They must be having major staffing issues which is unfortunate as we cannot count on this location for timely deliveries. Delivering sandwiches that have been sitting out for two hours is a recipe for disaster.

Understaffed Unfortunately,1st time no driver after I ordered. They did comp my meal. Happy about that, but needed to drive to location and pick up.2nd time waiting almost 40 minutes. It’s right down the street. My lunch hour is gone and I won’t be able to eat. Should have just drove there and picked up. Hope it gets better, nice having a jimmy John’s close but it’s not always an option for me to drive.

Don’t bother visiting, doors were locked at 4pm on Saturday. I knocked on the door and the workers ignored me. I hope this place goes out of business.Edited 1 year later: Saturday 12/30/23 at around 5pm- it’s still a mess! I went to buy multiple gift cards, but there was a hand written sign on the door that said “be back in 5 minutes”.. what is going on with this place?? Needless to say, I walked over to Pancheros. Pancheros received a few hundred dollars of my business by simply being open during their stated hours…

This Jimmy Johns is terrible and the management are liars. I called twice and the manager said they didn't have a driver so he would cancel my order. They never did and they took all my money. Don't order from this Jimmy Johns. They will lie and they will refuse to refund you.

Ordered online for delivery to a hotel only to get charged and then get a call saying they don’t have any delivery drivers!!! Why allow us to order for delivery if they can’t deliver? And they said 3-5 business days for the refund!!

The service is freaky slow and the music is always too loud, young kids often cover their ears when they come in. If you’re in a hurry go someplace else, it’ll take a while to order and to get your food, even if your the only person in the store.
