Kincaid's Fish, Chop & Steakhouse

Kincaid's does such a nice job with special occasions. The new summer menu was exceptional. We ate out on the patio because the weather was chamber of commerce perfect. The patio plants and setting was lovely as was Pete our waiter. All staff we encountered were great.

Pricey but worth it. Great food and service. The water feature is beautiful and relaxing but can be a bit loud if seated right next to it.

LJ did an amazing job they were short staffed and still had time for her guests. Halibut is best in town and bread pudding out of this world

The prime rib was “tough”. Service was good but not the food. Anniversary dinner disappointment.

The food and drink were great and the staff was very accommodating. I will definitely return when in town again.

The ambience is beautiful, the food is fabulous and delicious and the server was attentive and personable. We were there on a Monday, early in the evening, so the noise level was very quiet.

The meal was most delectable! Outstanding! The service was excellent as well. Great selection of entree choices.

One of the STRANGEST vibes. Food was fine but the restaurant was located in bottom of a multi level building and felt like it was the lobby of a hotel where you would be getting your continental breakfast. I expected some kids to walk through on their way to the hotel pool. Again, the food was fine but it's not going to blow you away.

November 3rd - 3 couples and a total disaster of a meal. Bad service; order was not done well. I talked with the GM on November 5th - and they were going to resolve it. Kincaid's is owned through Landry's - Kincaid's GM was powerless to resolve this - it had to go 'up the chain' - 4 layers. It is now December 20th - they are still trying to get this resolved. (They are trying to buy me off with a $75 gift certificate. It is not about the money - they cannot address this locally, quickly or appropriately) I have been to Kincaid's literally over 1000 times (I had my business located in that building for years) - it is amazing how they can destroy my desire to come back. Simply horrifying - but mostly that a local GM could not address this quickly and easily.

We dine monthly or more at Kinkaids. This was the first time we waited an hour for our entree. (We were first to be seated for lunch.) Thank goodness we had a salad - and appetizer to make the wait tolerable. My walleye entree was delicious and my guest's hamburger arrived overcooked. Naturally, we all have off days - this time it was the kitchen's. We'll be back soon. Know Kinkaids remains one of our favorites.

Good was very good. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it wasn’t good. The mix seemed like it was from a can. I’ve had better from bottled mixes at home.

Our server, Travis, was absolutely amazing! Kind, thoughtful, enjoyable, and right on top of every detail for our large group of 10! We are so glad we chose to come to Kincaid's for the special evening!

I love the staff at Kincaid's - they greet me with open arms and smiles. John makes my perfect drink every time I come! Travis makes the most fun beautiful flower that he gives to me and I have them all showing in my home. Mark's Krispie treats were fabulous - yum, yum and thank you!!!!!!! Michael's hug and Patrick's hug and are always for wonderful and then, LJ is always to perfect server. She knows just how I have everything and always gives excellent advice on what to eat. I just had the lobster and if was fabulous!!!!!!!!! Did I mention, "Kincaid's is my most favorite restaurant !!!!!!!!!! Hugs and thank you to all for the wonderful evening❤️

Kincaid's has been a family favorite for many years. On this special occasion, the food was wonderful as usual but the highlight was the service by Kelly. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

We had a lovely meal outdoors on the patio on a beautiful day. Food was delicious and service was great. The only negative was the loud noise (music?) Which was being piped in and which our server said they have no control over. Some of us enjoy good conversation while we are eating and the music was an unpleasant distraction!
