Excellent food and service. Drinks were exceptional and the wine list is complete with lots of options. Smooth checkin.
Great food, fabulous service and attentive wait staff. A romantic atmosphere and quiet setting that made the evening very enjoyable and special.
I'm not sure if they were unstaffed or what. Food was fair. My chicken wasn't even hot. Service took forever. There was 2 of us and our dinner took almost 2 hours. We wanted to order everything at once, but server only took drink orders and announced how slammed the bartender was. Then took appetizer order and walked off. Ideally we would have ordered everything when she took our drink order.
Wonderful dining experience at Kincaid's. Met with female friends and the creme brulee, blue cheese salad and salmon were fantastic. I have so many positive memories of this place thru the years and hope I can continue to make them.
The food and drinks were amazing! I ordered the passion fruit mojito, the clam chowder and the almond crusted scallops and would definitely order again!!! my husband ordered the grilled salmon and a margarita and loved it as well.
We had the pleasure to dine at Kincaids, with Mohamed & staff. He greeted us at the host stand and that began a wonderful experience for our dinner. Superb blue cheese salad, paired with fish dinners (get the walleye...while my wife raves about the salmon), that both came out piping hot! The night was capped off with their incredible Crème Brule...Thank you!

Great Tuesday night dinner! Both salads were wonderful, excellent steak and salmon. Such a unique setting to dine at. I am not sure where these other bad reviews are coming from, not sure they went to the place I did. Will be coming back again soon!

For my birthday dinner for 2 we were seated at a nice table. Within minutes a party of 7 women was seated adjacent to us, and by adjacent, I mean a server was not able to navigate between our tables because the chairs were within inches of our table. After about 10 minutes we asked to be moved to a table that would allow us a bit more space and the ability to hear each other speak. We had to ask to order a cocktail. Then we had to ask to order an appetizer. Finally we had to ask to order our entrée. We were never offered a refill on our cocktails. Although we stressed to the server that I have dairy and gluten allergies I was brought a Crème Brule for dessert. Again, we were not asked about dessert. Our appetizer was good, my companion's steak was good, but my halibut was moist but tasteless. I have never had a negative experience at Kincaid's before so this was a very surprising first for me.

We came on a Friday evening to celebrate our anniversary, to a restaurant that was only half full during prime dinner hours. Strange.
That made me wonder why.
We were treated very well by our hostess, and shortly after seating us,
our waiter came over to greet us and ask if we were ready for something to drink.
We ordered a bottle of wine which we were very satisfied with.
Time to look at the menu for dinner.
I like fish, my wife likes steak.
I had the crusted halibut because it came with a recommendation. Expectations were not met.
The halibut itself was merely okay,
and oddly, I needed a knife to get through the over crisp edges. The mashed potatoes that I was hoping would be dramatically good, were mediocre. I don't even want to comment on how bad the fried zucchini side was.
My wife's steak she said, was delicious but the added herb butter only took away from the experience.
We both agreed this was once a premier steak and seafood restaurant..
And we hate to say we see it declining.
I'm hoping we are wrong.

We had a really wonderful experience. Our server, Jerry, was really delightful and provided excellent service. One of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. Our food was amazing!

I’m glad we stopped by before our family dinner. Unfortunately, our interaction with the front-of-house staff, particularly the no-hair white man at the front, was disappointing. He came across as rude and seemed to judge us based on our clothing. The experience made us feel unwelcome, as if we didn’t belong. It’s concerning when a staff member—who doesn’t own the establishment—treats guests this way over casual attire. It may be worth considering whether there are deeper issues around hospitality and inclusion that need to be addressed.
On a positive note, I want to extend a sincere thank you to the kind young man at the front desk. I believe he had dark, curly hair. Thank you, sir—you truly deserve better. We appreciated the way you treated our family with respect and warmth. I sincerely hope you’re recognized for your professionalism and promoted soon.
