Kincaid's Fish, Chop & Steakhouse

I booked a table of ten for our office holiday dinner. The restaurant was not very busy, as it was a Sunday night, so we were very surprised at how long it took for our first drinks to come out. Maybe they were understaffed for the night, but it was much slower than expected. It just seemed like things like water refills were slower than you should have at a nice restaurant like this. With that said, that was really our only complaint. Our server was extremely friendly. The food was fantastic. Everybody had something different to eat, and everybody enjoyed their meal. The atmosphere was great, and we had a really fun time. All in all, I think that we would all go back again!

Wow... the food is AMAZING. They were able to accommodate our many food sensitivities -- gluten, dairy and vegetarian. Our server was wonderful too. she helped us select our entrees and was also helpful in helping us celebrate my daughter's birthday.

Jerry was our waiter, and he was top notch! We went for Thanksgiving last night with 8 family members and had a great time. Loved my seared mahi mahi with wilted spinach, mushrooms, and gnocchi.

Instead of seating us in the dining room, they sat us in the bar with a brand, new waiter, who we could hardly hear and he had trouble opening up the wine in fact, he had to get a second bottle because the cork went in the first one when he tried opening and it was painful watching him it took so long. When it came time to serve the crème brûlée, he brought us clean forks instead of spoons. we were not impressed at all. Poor value for the service. The food was fine but over priced.

Excellent food and service. Drinks were exceptional and the wine list is complete with lots of options. Smooth checkin.

Great food, fabulous service and attentive wait staff. A romantic atmosphere and quiet setting that made the evening very enjoyable and special.

I'm not sure if they were unstaffed or what. Food was fair. My chicken wasn't even hot. Service took forever. There was 2 of us and our dinner took almost 2 hours. We wanted to order everything at once, but server only took drink orders and announced how slammed the bartender was. Then took appetizer order and walked off. Ideally we would have ordered everything when she took our drink order.

Wonderful dining experience at Kincaid's. Met with female friends and the creme brulee, blue cheese salad and salmon were fantastic. I have so many positive memories of this place thru the years and hope I can continue to make them.

The food and drinks were amazing! I ordered the passion fruit mojito, the clam chowder and the almond crusted scallops and would definitely order again!!! my husband ordered the grilled salmon and a margarita and loved it as well.

We had the pleasure to dine at Kincaids, with Mohamed & staff. He greeted us at the host stand and that began a wonderful experience for our dinner. Superb blue cheese salad, paired with fish dinners (get the walleye...while my wife raves about the salmon), that both came out piping hot! The night was capped off with their incredible Crème Brule...Thank you!

Great Tuesday night dinner! Both salads were wonderful, excellent steak and salmon. Such a unique setting to dine at. I am not sure where these other bad reviews are coming from, not sure they went to the place I did. Will be coming back again soon!

Had not been there for many years. Still a beautiful restaurant with high windows and great ambiance. Food and service are top notch.
