Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

Went here with friends tonight and phone was dead so I couldn't leave a review unfortunately til now but I had a great time and the food was amazing.

The dessert with the fish looking cookie thing too was also absolutely amazing.

Walked up and was seated immediatly for Thursday Lunch.
The resturant is almost entirely automated, with special orders done through the tablet at the table, and delivered via the upper conveyor belt. Even drinks arrive by robot.

The food was fantastic! I had ordered the Beef Udon and Takoyaki, both arriving hot and fresh. I also grabbed some spanish mackeral nigiri and ikura from the lower conveyor, also very good and finished with the Taiyaki Ice Cream.

The only downside is the cost is a little on the high side, however this is expected as it is located in the MOA.

Highly recommend especially if you are visiting the mall.

Great experience! I came in expecting a long wait but I was pulled in right away! The worker Nines were helpful and kind and helped us right away when we needed help and gave us such a nice experience. Food was fantastic, I could eat the crunchy roll all day 🤤. Definitely coming back again with more people!!

Definitely not Great service very poorly especially embarrassing an individual for asking the basics of there systems that is there excuses for there failure a there lack of Transparency !upsetting after waiting an hour for the alleged reservation system ! The funny thing is when waiting a hour then not even getting to eat there with tons of places around the mall was the upsetting part won’t spend no
Money ever at this location ! Word of mouth does work. Should definitely came to reviews would have definitely saved me the hassle. Definitely a waste of time ! The fact that Gratuity is automatically added when there services are a complete failure at the beginning should have been the red flag . Eat sushi were there services are definitely more respectful!
The lady at reservations and the supervisor on shift at 3pm on labor cost you a future customer & bad reputation from my own personal experience ,

I never expected to find good sushi in America, but this place completely changed my mind. The sushi is delicious, the prices are great, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time.

Don't bother coming if you don't make a reservation. Min 1hr wait regardless of what the tablet or the staff say. When you show up for your reservation make sure other people don't try walking in ahead of you, saw multiple people do that and ignore check in. Staff does nothing about it.

Been here a couple time and always had a good experience. The host Kevin was very attentive and helpful. I love the the Unami cucumber salad.

Sitting at your table with a never-ending flow of delicious sushi going by you....this is a place of pure happiness! The bottom conveyor belt is sushi for anyone, just grab what looks good. We enjoyed the sushi options. Also be sure to check out items on the menu too, those are delivered right to your table from the top conveyor belt. As a sushi lover I thought the price was inexpensive compared to other sushi resturants. This is such a fun and different resturant concept.

This place is amazing on all levels! Been here many times and always a great experience. The food is good with a lot of different options. You order from a screen then the food magically appears! Or a robot delivers it! If you are too hungry to wait or you see what you want on the rotating belt, you can just grab it. The service is top notch. Once I forgot to get a receipt and had to go back to the restaurant to get one a few days later (for a business trip) and they did everything they could to help me and made a make shift receipt. The servers are always quick and friendly. The ambiance very much feels like Japan. From the minute you walk in the door and hear the entire staff greet you which is one if their customs. There are also toys that pop out for you after you eat enough plates of food. Overall a fun experience for the whole family. I can't reccomend enough

They increase the price$ , quality food is not the same, be careful they did charge me twice for a single transaction. I did call customer service they provided poor customer service . I will never comeback again

Just go to an all you can eat sushi. Wait time for one person was over an hour. The sushi was nothing special and the price was a too high for what it is worth. Paid about $40 for 14 peices of sushi/maki and a small bowl of ramen. The table I sat at was not clean. Price was so absurd I left hungry.
