The Philly cheese sauce was was on the plate looking the bottom bun. Although, it did taste good. The onion rings is not worth it. Crunchy and 3? Lol.

I gave 4 stars instead of 3 for the food because I appreciate that the apps were hand made and not the typical ones everybody else serves. The waitress was very pleasant. When asked she explained what certain items were on the menu and recommended several. The Bull Bites were way overly salted, but otherwise very tender; we couldn't eat most of them. The waitress did take them off of our bill. The Deep Fried Ranch was good, and the Pizza Rolls were so-so, the filling almost too blended, the texture was not good. I think a sampler appetizer platter would be a good idea, as the portions of both the Deep Fried Ranch and Pizza Rolls were almost too much to then try to eat an entree as well. The atmosphere was excellent, with really cool vintage pictures on the wall. I will definitely visit again when in the area and try some of the burgers on the menu.

Cozy brick interior. Double sided island bar. Booth seating. High tops. Separate dining area. All with open floor plan. TVs with sports on right half. Pull tabs available.

Our server named Rachel carded me for a ginger beer. She didnt card my friend for his alcoholic drink but carded me for my non-alcoholic drink. When I explained to her that my drink was non-alcoholic, she proceeded to lie about MN state law saying that it was the same if someone went to order it in a liquor store. This is like carding someone for ordering orange juice. Really odd behavior.
She was nice but she was a disappointment for being a liar, other than that the food was good.

Ate dinner at this location with nine co-workers recently. I had previously dined at other Lucky 13 locations and always had great experiences. At Bloomington we were met with great service, good food, and a warm and cozy setting. I suggested this spot and was pleased that once again... Lucky 13 didn't disappoint! #thankyou

Don’t recommend going here if you want quick service or service at all… the pale server with the black ponytail your service was awful!!! Rolled her eyes when i asked for marinara sauce. We had to go up the bar twice, once for a refil on our drinks and again to get the bill to leaveeeee. Food was mediocre. Don’t overseat your servers and maybe get servers with a little bit more hustle. She wasn’t running around doing stuff she was just standing there not doing much most of the time. So 1/10 don’t reccomend.
