I gave 4 stars instead of 3 for the food because I appreciate that the apps were hand made and not the typical ones everybody else serves. The waitress was very pleasant. When asked she explained what certain items were on the menu and recommended several. The Bull Bites were way overly salted, but otherwise very tender; we couldn't eat most of them. The waitress did take them off of our bill. The Deep Fried Ranch was good, and the Pizza Rolls were so-so, the filling almost...
The food, the drinks, the ambience, and the staff are all 5 stars!!

Ate dinner at this location with nine co-workers recently. I had previously dined at other Lucky 13 locations and always had great experiences. At Bloomington we were met with great service, good food, and a warm and cozy setting. I suggested this spot and was pleased that once again... Lucky 13 didn't disappoint! #thankyou
