What a cozy place although it’s small. The have the best bread and salad for starters, and all the four entrees we ordered were so delicious!

Food is great, menu is more limited since Covid, we've been there many times! Great family run restaurant!

Not real Italian-they obviously use one tomato sauce as the base for everything and just add cream especially for the Bolognese. I can't see how this is getting high reviews - the food is really bad and a lot of it from a can and microwaved!

The service and atmosphere are always good. The food usually is, but not this time. My bff and I both took home leftovers. The very next day, our meals smelled really bad.

Very nice place to meet someone for a bite to eat. Was a second option, and I'm glad I went there. The food was amazing, bread and olive oil to start, delicious.
Wow!!!! What a wonderful experience. Quaint restaurant with amazing food Must go. We had the shrimp tetrazzini and the chicken parmigiana. Both the Alfredo and Red sauces were amazing. House bread and seasoned oil are a wonderful treat. Wines were reasonably priced. Great value. Thanks for a wonderful evening. We will definitely be back

Absolutely, hands down one of the best places I've eaten at. The food was authentic and delicious, the service was excellent, the dining experience was charming and we left there looking forward to our next trip down so we can come back and dine here again!

A trip to Italy without the expense of airfare!I can't say enough good things about this absolute treasure of a restaurant hiding in Bloomington. This is a cozy family-run business oozing old-world charm and hospitality. The service was warm and friendly; just the right balance between making sure we lacked for nothing and allowing us to relax and just be with each other. The food... oh, the food. So good. From the hot crusty herbed bread we got with olive oil when we sat down to the must-have cappuccino cheesecake for dessert, everything was so good. The sauces were incredible; the reviewer who said they were bland and from a can must have been someplace else, because there was nothing bland about the flavor explosion we enjoyed.I'd recommend making reservations; they are constantly packed, and justifiably so.
