The service was outstanding- our waiter was fantastic. It was a fun experience but not up to expectations. We thought the gift shop would be better and they didn't give us the discounts we were supposed to get. We got some great pics out of it. I just wish there had been more to do and that the bang would have been worth the buck.

This place was truly an experience. The burger I had was not only quite photogenic, but was the best tasting one I have had in a long while. My companion really enjoyed the salad and well. The staff were all really great. The skating rink was a little small, but well loved by every person I saw use it.Of course, I would be remissed if I did not mention that this place is full of photo op spots. From Beach, to the box, an arch, and more!Finally, the gift shop has some neat memorabilia.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian friendly options on the menu.Parking: The parking ramps of the mall of America are if nothing, vast.Kid-friendliness: This place is very kind friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: This place has an elevator to assist the disabled to the second floor and no extreme inclines from what I could see.

Dear Barbies and future Kens,From the moment we walked in we were Barbies. ??We had the best service- if you're able to get Barbie Ally(Alice L.) then you will be served well and have an amazing experience.I truly enjoyed the food, my favorite dish was the burger and cauliflower bowl.The atmosphere was fun and there weremany places for pictures! ?It'll be worth it if they made this Barbie cafe permanent in MOA. Best time ever! It's so cute, fun, and pink! I was thrown off because when I booked my tickets this morning, it said only 1 table would be there. Instead it was full of people and children. Besides that though, the staff was great. Especially Julia! She went above and beyond. I got such warm and fuzzy vibes from her. The food was great! I got the grilled cheese and a cake pop. The lemonade was good too. Not too sweet. Not too tart. The chairs are a little hard but that's pretty standard at new restaurants. I had the perfect time! Thank you again Julia and anyone else who checked in on me. Not so much Nyree(sp?) from corporate lol but the other team members. I'm the curly girl with the pink coat and you all gave me the cutest time ever! ps lots of opportunities for cute photo opportunities. Don't go if you get annoyed with children/fake pretentious people. But, I'm glad I went anyway lol

We went to the MOA location last night for my daughter’s birthday and it was truly terrible. We were seated 15 min past our reservation time despite there being many empty tables and waited an hour for our food I preordered 2 months ago. And there is nothing to do there despite the hype. The rink is so tiny, only kids under 5 would find it usable, and the music is so loud it’s difficult to talk. The food was also a major letdown. My mom’s salad was a chunk of ice burg lettuce with 6 super small bits of cucumber on it and some bacon bit sprinkles. My daughter’s pink pancakes were dry and tasteless. Even with whipped cream and sprinkles on them she preferred to eat the broccoli I got as a side - which is shocking for her! It was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had so, and sooo expensive for nothing. I hope this helps someone else

We had such a FUN TIME!! We took lots of pictures. The food was out of this world amazing. The music was fun and if you wanted to you could go roller blading! Wow!! Our waitresses Julia and Denise were so nice and so helpful. They came over often asking us if we needed anything. If this ever comes back, we will definitely be going back. Denise and Julia were fabulous "Barbies", and the photo ops and the overall experience was fun. I hope it can stay open longer! The drinks are fun and the cake pops are delicious!! How awesome to bring this to Minnesota.
