Mehhhhh… off brand Disneyland. Went for the mall. Left because hell nah!
OK, what can I say that can possibly be any different than any other review?. but I'm going to tell you from my perspective. This is a great place. It's not only huge, but it's aesthetically pleasing. There was security and police presence that made you feel safe. It was very clean and looking at all the things for kids was awesome. I can't wait to come back to visit again and Shop. There are multiple stores for all types.. We went to a few different restaurants. Everything was good. they also had a variety of stores with games Legos, escape room, puzzles, the list is so long, but those are just a few.
Absolutely LOVE this mall. It has every store that you can think off, plus tons of places to eat. Lots of fun attractions as well. Amd the best part, Minnesota doesn't tax the clothes you buy! It's so great to actually pay what the price tag says! I only wish South Dakota would get on board with this!
Great place to hang out. Noise level is a little high though.
I recently visited the Mall of America and was genuinely shocked and disappointed by one very noticeable issue; the complete lack of seating and benches throughout the mall. For a facility that prides itself on being one of the largest and most iconic malls in the country, it is simply unacceptable to overlook something as basic and necessary as providing places for visitors to sit and rest.
During my visit, I saw dozens of families, elderly patrons, and everyday shoppers sitting on the floor in the walkways and mezzanine levels. Parents were trying to manage children while sitting against walls, elderly individuals were left with no option but to lower themselves onto the floor, and groups of people had to gather on the ground simply because there were no benches available. It was not only uncomfortable for them, but also gave the entire mall an unwelcoming and poorly managed appearance.
Seating is not a luxury in a place like this — it is a necessity. People come to the Mall of America from all over the country and world, often spending several hours walking and shopping. To provide almost no seating options is, in my opinion, disrespectful to patrons and shows a lack of care for the guest experience. For such a large and “world-class” facility, it creates a horrible impression to see people forced to sit on the ground like this.
Overall, this issue left a very negative impact on my visit. Something as simple as adding adequate benches and seating throughout the walkways would go a long way in improving the guest experience and showing respect to the people who come here. Until that is addressed, I consider this a serious shortcoming and a very disappointing reflection on the Mall of America.
I hated it because it was too big🙄 too much walking for me😬
Expensive as everywhere else, No tax is a scam ot miss information. We've pId tax on everything we bought including the LEGO for kids.
Loved this mall, maybe a little to big for me shopping isn’t my thing. One thing I would suggest is bringing in more plus sized clothing stores.
The history behind it makes me proud to have seen such a beautiful place.

Always enjoy visiting the Mall Of America!!

We had a blast riding the rides at MOA. All the fun of an amusement park without the summer heat and sunburn. We visited on a Tuesday afternoon in August, and there were no lines at all!
