Had a nice quiet booth. Ordered some food off the happy hour menu and regular menu. All were good and a reasonable price. Service was excellent!

The service was great. Our food was good. It was a bit loud and there wasn't a lot of people at the restaurant so maybe something could be done to make it quieter.

Great service and food. Perfect for a group of coworkers to choose from an interesting menu.

The food was just ok. The crab cakes were good for the price. The walleye was fair. The lobster bisque - Zupas is better and less expensive. The rubbery piece of lobster they threw in tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for a few days. And they charged $13.99 as the bread bowl with soup when it was just a bowl and the menu reads $7.99. The staff was attentive and restaurant clean.

Our server was great. He kept checking on us during our brunch. Very cordial and kept us in guessing our needs. Food was fantastic and everything was enjoyed by our guests!

Food was great service was kind of slow especially at the end, refills were done after the drinks were empty and the check was slow to be delivered and charged. Looked like the server had too much on his plate with too many tables, assuming cuts were made too early for a Saturday night. I would give it another try, the food was delicious!

Service was a tad slow but they were busy. I noticed on my bill a 13.5% liquor tax which seems really high?!?.

We arrived at 7pm for our reservation and were seated promptly. Location was clean and convenient, fairly nice surroundings inside given the location in a modern building. Server was prompt, personable and helpful. I ordered the simple Walleye sauteed and asked for a wine recommendation. My brother and sister both had the fish and chips. All of the food was delivered in a timely fashion, nicely presented, and very good quality. The Walleye was very good. I would not hesitate to return during my next visit to Minneapolis.

Very disappointing experience this time. Don't think we will be back. We ordered the lobster bisque which is always good - but the size of bowl is really small for the price. I always order the fried shrimp meal but since I'm dieting substituted the fries with green beans. I was told there would be an “up charge”. When I received my meal the green beans sauce had coated my shrimp which made it less than crispy. The size of the shrimp considerably smaller than in the past. I expressed my disappointment with our waiter. He did nothing. Then I received the bill only to show he charged me for the side of green beans not an up charge. So basically I paid $18.99 plus $6.99 for fried shrimp and green beans. They missed the coleslaw which the waiter later brought. I did not ask the waiter to correct the bill since I husband didn't want me to make a scene. Plus the waiter seem to be over whelmed with all of his other customers. Needless to say I won't make the decision to dine here in the future.

Always a pleasure to return to Malladrs for a summer luncheon with long-time friends. A nice choice of dishes, with something for everyone. And they change from time to time, which keeps things fresh. The staff are always welcoming and efficient. We'll be back!

We all had a great time and everyone enjoyed their food. We loved the round table in a quiet area. We were near the restrooms too. The only complaint is it was extremely cold. There was a vent over our area. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Menu is creative with a blend of Midwest and New Orleans flare. Food was good. Service was friendly but painfully slow. Thankfully we were not in a hurry. And why is it so incredibly difficult to navigate that entire area?

Overpriced. Bad service. Only 5,6 table in the restaurant and we’ve Waited over 30 mins for our foods. Foods got dropped off and waitress disappeared. My order came with little portion of French fries and waitress said “ the kitchen is doing another patch of fries I’ll come back for more fries for you” but she never come back nor remember. I told her she forgot my fries when she appeared again to bring us our bill and didn’t even apologize. Many times I have turned my head to look for the waitress and there were several workers standing around but no one even care. Not coming back.

Okay, I've been here 3 times and it's time for me to speak my piece. So far, I've thoroughly enjoyed everything I've tried on the menu. I always start with the walleye fingers...chefs kiss! I haven't had the boudin balls, but they definitely get points for just putting them on the menu. I'm from Louisiana and not many restaurants down there even have this on the menu. The only reason this place isn't 5 stars is because the cocktail are just good...not great. But all around, it's a fantastic experience!
