Went on a weekday when it wasn't as busy, but there were still unacceptable wait times for food. The order came out wrong for my meal but I didn't want to have to wait even longer for it to be remade, so I just ate what came out and addressed it with the wait staff before the check. Macaroni and cheese was kraft but somehow still the worst kraft I had tried as it looked reheated and probably had less than half a packet of cheese powder used.I wish I would have read the reviews in advance. It seems my experience was similar to many others. I see that the business is responding to reviews but doesn't seem to be addressing the issues. My assumption is they are yelling at their staff about this to try to address the issues but are likely not paying enough to keep proficient staff (with these high prices they could afford it) and an otherwise bad atmosphere for staff.

Spot on wait time. The fish and chips were perfect, hot, fresh, and definitely not greasy at all. The front of the house was a bit understaffed, but our server was fantastic. Highly recommended!

We got there at 8. 2 hours before they were closed. Waited at the door for several minutes with no line but no servers came. Finally went to the bartender who found us a booth among all the dirty tables. I'm not one to complain... You can look at my history to see that... We had to ask for napkins and water multiple times. The two appetizers were nearly inedible. Of the 4 burgers that were ordered, none of us got the ones we wanted due to inconsistent wellness. We had to trade amongst each other to find something edible. We ordered 3 mediums and a well done, one burger was rare at best, and the others were maybe medium. The kid that wanted well ate what she could but it was still way too undercooked even though it was traded to be the most well done we had. The fries we're terrible. How do you screw up fries?At any rate, yeah this place is terrible. The tourist trap prices are bad enough, but i left there thinking I would have been better off eating a package of Bar S hotdogs. Jimmy would be ashamedThis was extremely difficult to type without swearing but I didn't want any reason for it to get removed. Everyone deserves to see this. Don't go there.... Save yourself some time and a lot of money and dig some food and a half-full drink out of a food court trash can. You'll thank me laterEDIT: Oh yeah.... The blender was broken so couldn't even get a frozen drink. Seriously...1 blender and it's a broken at Margaritaville????

Which was disgusting, and we ordered a burger, club sandwich, and a kids burger. Everyone took a few bites and decided the food was no good. Then we had to ask someone else to get our check cause our server was nowhere to be found. If it was busy I could understand but the place wasn't even full.
