I did order the big breakfast and I can't eat meat so I asked to substitute the meat for eggs and manager said, no we cannot do that. Never come back to this location. Worst place for vegetarians.

Its October 6, 2024 at 2:32 am and I can tell you unequivocally that this is THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD dealing with the staff at this McDonald's!!! They have hung up on me repeatedly!!!! They literally answer the phone and then hang up!!!! Something that is soooooooo simple as a request to prepare a burgers meat well done cant be fulfilled because of the HORRIBLE service at this location!!! Extremely annoying, frustrating, and disappointing!!!

One of my favorite pick me up spots, this location is so we'll managed and Jeff is always so kind bringing food to the tables many of locals also do book clubs and such here in the mornings. The interior is newly renovated and clean and the staff is phenomenal. Being visually impaired and in a wheelchair the tables are equipped with brail table numbers you can just grab a seat and enter your order online.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible with the employees offering to hold the door open for disabled guests and move chairs as nice as a sit down restaurant!

We used the drive-thru for lunch. One would think that because of the lunch rush the food would be hot and fresh, however that was not the case. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got what seemed to be a piece of rubber between two pieces of flattened bread. Not to mention the pickles were mushy and the lettuce was wilted and half the size it should have been. My large fry was half full and cold. Very disappointed in the quality of food this time around. On the flip side the staff in the Drive-Thru were very pleasant. It was unfortunate that they had to be the face of such a horrible meal.

The food is very good as always in McDonald's, but what bothered me was the behavior of the overnight manager, a rude Latina lady disrespected me and yelled at me, even threatened to not serve me. All I did was try to order at the wrong line, but I was told over the radio to switch to another line and that's what I did. When I arrived at the window to pay, this Latina lady scolded me with a very rude and inappropriate tone, even said that next time they won't serve me. If she treated me, a customer, like this, I can imagine how she treats the employees....
Horrible management and terrible customer service. The drive-thru men that works in the afternoon is not friendly. He was disrespectful in front of my kids . I will never recommend anyone to pay food here . Poor management.

1130 pm , curbside is closed. Ok, pick up through drive through via app. Placed an order, paid and took it off my card but didn't get a number. Showed the guy at the window and he said "NOT MY PROBLEM WE DONT DEAL WITH THE APPS, JUST REORDER ." Well, I didnt have the money to reorder because they had already taken it and well.. it was all I had left and I couldn't even feed myself. I cried and went to be hungry but IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM! Absolutely disgusting the way humans get treated by companies who just rip off consumers everyday and get more rich, meanwhile we can no longer afford their food either. Sad days

If Google maps says a place is open, you should be open. Full stop. No excuses. This restaurant shuts down, seemingly at random, on overnight shifts. I have to drive quite a long way to get to this store (as it's the closest 24 hour store) but many times it's closed. If you're going to close at night, then do it. But don't leave people guessing.
Out of all the 24 hour McDonald's in the area, this has by far the most competent employees. I go to this McDonald's if it is past 8pm or before 6am forgoing 2 closer stores. The food tastes like every other McDonald's, you should know if you like it or not, any review by me isn't going to change your mind.
