Just ordered a frappe on the app. Took almost 15 min total waiting at the drive thru intercom to finally receiving the drink. No idea why it took so long at the intercom, there was only one car in front of me and they had moved forward a significant amount of time before me. I did receive a delicious drink, but it wasn't a fast trip. Employees were okay, not pleasant, but not rude.

Update: Absolutely nothing done to rectify their theft. This was a very convenient location for me, only a mile away. I will no longer visit or purchase from this location. Thanks McDonalds for absolutely NO HELP!
Very poor communication and accountability. Ordered for curbside pickup. Got home and my bag was missing two items. Tried to call store ALL day (I’ve got the call logs to prove it) and phone was not available. I finally reported to corporate, who just apologized for the ’inconvience’. Apologies mean absolutely nothing without resolution. They tell me to contact the store that doesn’t make a phone call available to address the, in my mind, theft. I had a very simple order and this is what you get. Reason for curbside was because I physical could not handle the drive through because of a shoulder surgery I just had. Would have been unable to grab the food from my window. Has put an extremely sour taste in my mouth. Thanks McDonald’s.
Update: You respond with a link. I’ve already went through that link and NOTHING has been done.
Another update: 2 weeks later, I give this McDonald’s another chance. Why? Who knows. Guess me being stupid. Again they missed a sandwich in my order. (Had a $40 order). Ordered 5 sandwiches with fries and drinks. Only received four sandwiches. Do they not do a quality check? Apparently not. Never had the issue resolved from two weeks ago either. The store failed to reach out to me. Corporate does absolutely nothing, except tell me they will have the store reach out to me. Nothing nothing nothing. I’m done with McDonald’s. They have went to hell in a hand basket.

We pulled up to the drive through and tried to talk through the speaker but we were ignored, so we pulled forward to the window and nobody was there, when we drove around the building to leave we saw the worker through the window, he was hiding around the corner from the drive through window.

So we were coming back from a big light show we just went to and we're looking for a quick place yo eat because we were all starving. We all discuss what we want, and are waiting for the worker to ask us what we want. We get no response, no nothing. We keep asking if anyone was there and no one answered, we decided to leave and as we were pulling out through the drive through we saw the worker get out from hiding around the corner. It is 11:16 pm and they close at 12p. They should have been open that is a long time before closing.

Just had a Bacon egg and cheese bagel Meal. I asked for Crispy Bacon and Crispy Hash brown! They actually did both of my requests! Best Food I've ever had at McDonald's! Hands down. Thank you for going the extra Mile. Maybe not the happiest guys, but they took care of me! Appreciate it Fellas!

These people suck my order was completely wrong missing have of what I ordered they sat on there phone took 45 minutes to get a Big Mac meal food tasted like shit it’s not hard to mess up a McDonald’s but this place sure is good at messing up orders rude staff

Getting that free food from McDonald’s Monopoly
The register does not work and has not for a long time. They want to force you to use a key.Ask and when asked why they say because mcdonald's won't let the news registers. However this is false because I go to mcdonald's every week in different cities. I asked to speak to a manager and a young girl came out was so extremely rude that after she got done lying to my face and I corrected her , she told me to leave and then I could go to a different mcdonald's if I didn't want to use a kiosk. Then I asked for the corporate phone number.And she said she would let me speak to a regional manager.And when and pulled somebody off the line for making burgers with grease all over there shirt who didn't speak english, and claimed he was the regional manager... I turned around and left.Do not go to this store.They are exceptionally rude. I came here about four weeks ago and had a similar experience without the rudeness, i'd figure I'd give him another chance , but they have no customer service skills.

You can order a single cheeseburger on the mobile app, say you are there 10 minutes before arrival, no one in line behind you…and the drive thru will STILL ask you to pull forward and wait…and wait some more. This isn’t Culver’s! It happens every single time. Going inside to pick up…you will just be ignored.

No one served me. I was just standing by the registers and no one would take my order. The kiosks don’t work with coupons. Recommend going to a different location or somewhere better
