I was an hour and a 1/2 from home in Hungary. Do you think McDonald's could get the order right? I was already Back on the road, about 4 or 5 miles. An open my big or food in. They never gave me my chicken nuggets that I had ordered. They gave me the sauce but no nuggets.

I paid online showed my receipt and they refused to give me the food correct address correct everything saying they don’t have the order when I I paid showed bank confirmation my card got charged and showed a receipt from McDonald’s with payment all matching terrible service

The worst customer service I’ve seen, came in for a doordash and was waiting at the counter for 20 mins and no employee acknowledged me or asked what I was waiting for, multiple employees made eye contact with me and did not say a word.

This is, "The good one." Food's always fresh and correct, limited to nil awkward interactions, they were cool about swapping out a toy one time. I hate McDonald's, it has been grafted to my psyche via nostalgia; the smell alone takes me back to the 90's. The collectible cups were genius. Next Halloween bring back the old-school plastic pales, but made out of food-safe plastic so kids can experiment with hydroponics or just general reuse.

It's fine. The kids area always smells like feet and hasn't ever been stocked with wipes... Or cleaned really. Last time we were there my 5yo couldn't eat in the kids room cause it stunk so bad and didn't want to play after for the same reason. Disappointing. There's also a woman who likes to come there and talk/yell to herself in the lobby. Freaked us out. Oh and I got like 2 pieces of bacon on my $8 burger. Staff is usually good though.

Ordered a hamburger with onions only. I ended up getting a burger with everything on it and lots of it. It stated this on both my receipt and the sticker attached to the burger. Either people can't read, or...... I called and they offered me to drive back and get a new one. This is all fine and dandy, but I live in Eagan. Guessing Joe B is the owner of this one and tooo busy sleeping...

You know what you're getting here but the prices have gone nuts. A couple of years ago you could get a sausage McMuffin with egg for $2.25. Now it's $4.35 + tax. And I think the sausage patty is smaller. Now the only time I go there is if I just don't have time for a meal. Too much for such average food.
OH MY GOD, THIS IS WORSE THAN THE MCDONALD’s in Sauk Center. First of all, this place is SLOW. Second of all, when I ordered a happy meal, (it took 20 minutes for my order) it was supposed to come with an Inside Out 2 toy but guess what? They did not give us an Inside Out 2 toy. We got a different toy instead
