I like to use the mobile app to order ahead. Every time I have done this at this location, I always end up getting asked to pull off to the side and wait 10-15 minutes. I don’t recommend this location.

The bread of my hamburger had bone mold it was rotten,it already disgusted me..🤢 they gave me another hamburger but I still don't want to eat it anymore my belly hurt me just imagining that I already ate bread spoiled because it was already half bitten. 🤮

This is one of the slowest stores ever.The food takes forever to come out. It doesn't matter whether you're dining in or using the drive through . I don't know if they're understaffed or just slow in general.

They refuse to let someone order through a person, only on the kiosk. I typically don’t mind using it but wanted my autistic grandson to practice social communication and order for himself. I explained that to them, and they still refused, saying they can show him how to use the kiosk. I explained that he knows how to communicate through electronics. Still refused. They could have taken his order but used the drive thru cashier to ring it up.

Food is fresh. I go through drive thru most of the time. They use to be so fast on getting your food. Now you have to pull ahead and wait. Not sure what's going on now.

If you order and pay ahead via the app, be prepared to sit for 10-15 minutes and watch everyone that arrived AFTER you get their food first in the drive thru. It's incredibly frustrating they have us park everytime and we have to wait forever for our 2 simple meals. DUMB.

The worst customer service I’ve seen, came in for a doordash and was waiting at the counter for 20 mins and no employee acknowledged me or asked what I was waiting for, multiple employees made eye contact with me and did not say a word.
