Get Used to double checking your order if you’re used to a good McDonald’s. Moved to Bloomington from Chanhassen and that McDonalds was so good I never even checked my orders. It was right 99 times out of 100 and the one time they screwed up, they made it more than right with a couple coupons. Since moving to Bloomington in early November, this McDonald’s has messed up my order all 3 times I’ve ordered. Filed a complaint once and never heard back from the store like the generic email said they would. Clear lack of quality and clear lack of care based on zero follow ups. Stop here if you must but I would sit at the window and double check your order before pulling away.

Been in the neighborhood for 6 years and stop here for breakfast when in a hurry because of its convenient location. In the last year this place has gone way down hill since more often than not some aspect of your order is incorrect almost every time. Last week alone I went there and realized when I got home that I got someone else’s specific order. The next day my wife got a frappe on her way to work, the girl at the window just said “sorry” and handed her the wrong one and walked away. And that link does nothing..already tried it and it’s just got a generic corporate response. It’s cool, I’ll just go somewhere else.

Place was dirty. No toilet paper. I told them 3 different times. All they did was laugh. Dirty tables with food and drinks on the tables.

McDonald's clearly wants customers to use the self-serve kiosks (or the app) to place orders but neither option is straight- forward. The in-store kiosk, because it is so poorly laid out, is confusing, time-consuming and frustrating for many of the customers. In the short time I was waiting for my other, I saw 3 people get frustrated with the kiosk and finally give up and leave. The app is also a horribly bumbled fiasco. McDonald's, if you want customers to place orders using the app or kiosks, redesign it so someone other than a computer science major can figure it out.

Horrible service constantly. My ice coffee had no ice and the bottom was all coffee grounds. Went inside stood at the counter never once was I greeted I walked out. With the same messed up ice coffee. This location has gone way downhill

I ordered two hamburgers in the McDonald’s app. They brought out my bag of food to the passenger side of my car. (Please bring it to the driver side of the car)
I drove away and opened the bag. It was two cheeseburgers. The McDonald’s cheese is really bad, yuck. There is no way in the app to contact customer service. I’m going to Culver’s next time.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. The absolute worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Employees are so rude and the manager was horrible. This location needs to be investigated. Disgusting.

Went through the drivethrough. Ordered a mccrispy meal with extra pickles and a dr pepper. The dr pepper was not close to being all the full when it was handed to me in the drive. I had to go inside yo fill it while I waited for my food. I got mu bag of food, and my fries were thrown sideways into the bag, causing all the fries to be ejected all over the bag... I then opened my sandwich, and there were 2 pickles on it. I asked for extra... will not be returning to thus location.
