The hottest crispiest chicken nuggets I have ever received in my life!! Drive thru line moved a bit slow, but honestly I'd have waited twice that time for nuggets this hot and crispy. And they gave me 3 honey packets! My new favorite McDonald's.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the absolute worst, most disgusting location ever. They mess something up every single time!!! How mentally incompetent do you have to be to forget to add meat to my cheeseburger!!! And they are CONSTANTLY forgetting to add sauce to the bag, I’m finding UNCOOKED fries in my food, And they are always running out of things. Not to mention I went to eat INSIDE last week and it REEKED of urine!! I am NEVER going to this location again. This place needs to be investigated.

I'm a doordash driver. I walked up and there was no bags on the shelf. I saw a bag father's back by the employees on a table. No one is ever up front to communicate with us. I stood there for 5 minutes before I decided to be rude and ask hey is that my doordash. Yes it was.. and the order had a sundae.. Someone needs to be up front all the time to communicate with us. Or at least put the bags on the shelf where it's supposed to go...

For everything at this Mc Donald's. They are very terrible at communication and this is where they mess up at everytime. And it's not being taking seriously the workers are stoned up in the back room just high. And the manager dirty wig be all ina food yall.
This particular McDonald used to be a hidden gem for me 20 years ago when I lived in Burnsville, now I live down the road a couple of miles: they HAD chocolate ice cream and it never broke down!!!!! It was a dream come true until it wasn't.
The next take away was they used to top in customer service. They would actually communicate with you as your order was being made. Now you're lucky you can get their attention to get a sauce packet.
They, like others have electronic kiosks in the lobby that take up a weird amount of room. I'm surprised they don't put them in the entrance to keep the millennial riff raff to a minimum as you chew your mega mcnuggets or slurp on a greasy mcdouble mcgrease burger with government cheese that NASA created in the 50s that refuses to McDecompose.
Outside of that, it's quaint. Quaint the way it used to be. But it works in a pinch. The drive thru still needs work and they still put tartar on if you ask for it off of the app sometimes, but it's the little things in life that make us feel alive, right?
Watch out for the dual Coke dispenser. One sprays and the other pees on you as you fill your cup. They should call it Splash City.
