Ordered a double bacon quarter pounder with cheese meal, but missing the bacon!!!
Food is great as always, but takes forever it always feels like it’s just run by kids. Apparently now when you go in you can only order on kiosks which is absolutely ridiculous considering the kiosks don’t take cash. Every time I come I’m more dissapointed each time.

As we got our orders the lady handing us our food said we weren’t allowed to eat in the building while there were other customers eating in the dining area. As she was yelling at us, we pointed this out, and she said we weren’t “adults” and snapped at us to get out. The two of us that got our food went outside while the third waited for his food. We were stuck outside waiting (in below freezing temperatures), so the third person asked for a manager to let us eat inside and he was very nice and let us in. We’ve had a bad experience in the past with this McDonalds and this lady in particular being rude, specifically refusing to correct incorrect orders and claiming that the order wasn’t ours even though it said our name on it, refusing to give us a water cup even though we had already paid for soda, and most recently this incident which has led me to write this review.

People ignore you when you go into the lobby to order. I had to yell out for someone to help me. They want you to use the kiosk to order. I was told that the registers were for cash only. Ignoring customers because they did not use the kiosk is poor service. I left the store and did not place an order.

The service line was very slow. There we at least 6 cars ahead of me and 8 behind me. We didn't get everything (raisens, apples mix and other) with the oatmeal, nor a spoon.
