I BIT A ROCK IN MY DONUT AND THE STAFFS ACCUSED ME OF LYING TO GET A REFUND! I have video to prove that it is a rock! I purchased a box of six donuts and ate them in the store. While eating the Dubai chocolate donut, I bit into something hard that felt like a rock. I spat it out and discovered that it was indeed a rock. I immediately reported this to the staff, but their attitude toward me was extremely unpleasant. They insisted that it was a pistachio nut. I showed them clear evidence, and they even touched the object themselves. They knew for sure that it was a rock, yet they continued to claim it was a pistachio and behaved in front of other customers as if I were lying. When I became upset and demanded an apology, the woman asked for my receipt. I handed her the receipt along with the remaining piece of the donut. She snatched the receipt from my hand and went to another register to give me a cash refund. There was absolutely no apology or any attempt to properly inspect the product. I am extremely angry and disappointed. I am a frequent customer of this donut shop and have even recommended it to my friends, yet I was treated with such poor and disrespectful service.

i dropped my food accidentally as soon as i got it and when i requested a remake or refund the lady manager was very rude and aggressive saying they had no proof i didn’t eat it, because i tossed it immediately. the delivery was rude and unwelcoming and screams money hungry.

I’m a introvert and don’t like going out to big public places. I’ve been to this location plenty of times because I like the corn dogs but never again… I went there on December 3, 2025. I went around 11:30 am.. I always order half and half potato hot Cheeto. I ordered the same thing as always but the cashier got the order wrong… I was not upset because maybe she didn’t understand me because I do talk low.. I went to the counter and asked for one with that’s half and half because I don’t like cheese and usually my friend eats that part for me… the lady was very rude and yelling at me… she kept asking if I ate it and no I couldn’t get another one.. I will never support this location again because she was very aggressive towards me.

This place is amazing!! I had never heard of Korean corn dogs, but now I cannot recommend it enough. The corn dogs were extremely delectable and the mochi donut my son had was nice and soft. The employees were very nice and the place was clean, which we appreciate.

First of all, you have to go into this with an understanding that these are not traditional donuts. If that’s what you want, you might be disappointed. If you are open to trying a new dessert, I think you’ll leave satisfied.
The “donuts” are lighter and really let their toppings talk for them. This is a perfect pastry for sampling a variety of flavors. Share a pack with some friends to really get the best of the experience.

First thing you should know this is in the Mall of America! When I visited Minneapolis last weekend, I finally got to try Mochinut and I wasn’t sure what to expect so I tried a cinnamon donut and a half and half corn dog.
