I was welcomed in right away.
Since it was the first time here I felt like a valued customer and no question was too much.
They were knowledgeable on variety of milks alternatives, coffees, flavors and strengths.
The atmosphere was nice, industrial but also warm. I loved the little touches like the bookshelf and fireplace.
The food looked good at the time of receiving but I didn’t get a chance to eat it at the time of review. I order a waffle sandwich egg and sausage with no cheese. The wait time was about 10 minutes for the food and came out hot.
The coffee I order was a caramel and cinnamon latte with oat milk. The price was about 8.00 for a small which is reasonable. Smell was the first thing I noticed which enlightened my taste buds.
The coffee making had an issue at the time of purchase but everyone was respectful and provided communication to the other waiting customers.
I’d try this place again especially in the winter. They even have a QR code available to order if that’s more your style.

Something changed for the better recently. I like the miel and the staff is nice. Plenty of seating space. Meh, it's a good spot for a quick cuppa, but not a must-try spot.

I was lucky enough to have a wonderful lady behind me pay for my coffee when I realized the card I had on me was expired. The coffee was on the bitter side for me but the Reuben I had later on when a friend showed up, with the spring mix side, was aboslutley delicious! Atmosphere was cozy with two different rooms.
I'd love to see more couches for more comfy seating but I was still very happy with my visit!

Waiting as long as I did for a drink is absolutely unacceptable. I almost pulled out of line to go somewhere else, but it’s human nature to think the drink could finished in the next minute. What really bothers me is how someone will open a business, and then”shoot themselves in the foot” by giving awful service. Then the customers don’t come back, and if they do come back, the establishment does NOT deserve their business! I cannot afford to ho back because my time is too valuable to have to wait this long. GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER, MugShots!!

This place is wonderful and excellent. Sweet and caring staff. Amazing food and beverages to enjoy also!
I am not a big fan of tipping. The next time I go in here, I'm going to tip bigger. Because that was one of the most best coffees I've had in a very long time, I had a decaf Americano, and it was top-notch, I mean top of the top. You know when people try to leave a good review and all that stuff, and they're just saying kind of the same thing. Will this time around, I'm really serious about that. This woman who made the coffee was really a professional. I knew what the hell she was doing.
Not worth it. Ordered the breakfast sandwich, there was more butter on it than egg, cheese and bacon combined.
Seasonal cherry chai latte was delicious! Lots of room and space!
They tried to tell me who they were the first time! I wasn't listening. Stopped in for a latte (I love the name of their shop, and being from out of town, was just looking for a nice latte to go). It was a busy morning, I waited in line, got my latte and left. Unfortunately, a mile down the road I realized they gave me the wrong drink. But I didn't have time to return and get it corrected. I called and they were kind enough to offer me a replacement drink the following day! Wonderful - off I went the following morning. I placed my order and also decided to order a breakfast sandwich, partly honestly because I felt a little sheepish getting a free latte and leaving. Ten minutes later, I am still sitting at the coffee bar waiting. And waiting. Mind you, on Sunday morning at 8 am, there was exactly ONE other person in there, reading a book and nursing an espresso. I finally inquired about the sandwich and they said, "Oh we forgot to turn on the oven. It's going to be another 5 minutes." WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE TELL ME THIS BEFORE I HAD TO ASK! Before I inquired, I was up, standing, I looked at my phone and watch - I was communicating nonverbally that maybe I was wondering what the hold-up was. But no, they made me ask. And then I had to wait. It would have honestly made all the difference if they had just COME to me when they realized the oven wasn't on and told me! Making me be the person to ask the question, when they erred added insult to injury. They tried to tell me who they were the day before - details aren't their strong suit! And I wasn't listening. I returned for my replacement latte, and learned again that details aren't their strong suit.
