Come to find out their baristas DONT get to keep tips. It just goes right back into the business.This isn't fair to their staff and is frankly out of line. Generally the customer expects tips to be just that, a tip and thank you to the staff for excellent service.
I recently visited Mugshots Coffee and had an exceptional experience. Minnie, the barista, went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Her recommendation of the chai tea latte was spot on - it was absolutely delicious! The location is perfect, with easy parking, and the customer service was outstanding. I was also impressed to learn that they roast their own beans in-house, adding an extra layer of quality to the experience. I highly recommend Mugshots Coffee to anyone looking for great coffee, friendly service, and a fantastic atmosphere.

If you've read any of my other reviews, you'll know that I prefer local non-corporate coffee shops that have local ownership and a personal vibe. Mugshots is one of those places. Great coffee, friendly service, some simple but delicious menu offerings and a lot of disparate seating options. Parking isn't great but you'll find a spot. I've been back many times and will keep coming.

Breve was creamy and smooth, just the way it should be. Lovely local shop atmosphere. Great for small meetings and gatherings, or just to stop by for a quick snack with delicious drinks. Finally a local coffee shop in Bloomington that’s worth visiting.

This was my first visit to Mugshot Coffee. I arrived around 2 pm and there were only 3 people ahead of me. They share a small parking lot with a couple of other businesses so parking may be limited during high peak hours. They offer tap to pay.I had the Oatmeal raisin cookie ($2.50). It was a little too sweet for my taste but was a nice size for the cost. When I get it again I’ll just order a regular coffee. I also had a 12 oz hot toasted marshmallow oat milk Latte ($6.30), it was great!I will definitely be returning for another cup of coffee and try other food items on the menu.

This is such a lovely coffee shop. As soon as you walk in you'll immediately notice how spacious this spot is. Lots of seating and decent accessibility to outlets. I will this spot definitely gets busy. After visiting a couple of times, at different times of day, almost all of the spots were taken but I still managed to find a spot. As for parking, it was relatively easy, they do have a lot in the front. They offer a variety of pastries, sandwiches and beverages. They offer the classic coffee drinks and a few speciality drinks. I wasn't a big fan of the chai tea latte as it was a little bland but I enjoyed the iced gingerbread latte (limited time beverage). The gingerbread wasn't too overpowering and not too sweet. The prices here are very reasonable! Make sure to sign up for the loyalty program as you get a free 16oz drink for your bday :). Overall, this is a great coffee shop.
