Overall a good experience. The building was a little hard to find as it was within the Zawadi building, but didn’t have a large scale sign advertising its presence. I only saw a couple of small paper signs/yard signs in the parking lot.

I got the Nomadic Tea with marshmallow - the person working described it as a Somali Chai. It was delicious, but definitely a sweet drink.

The table arrangements were very spaced out and it felt very open...
Was looking for a coffee shop nearby when running errands in Bloomington. GPS took us a little short of the entrance and it looked like they were closed. I called to check and they were open but the entrance is further along, just inside the bigger main entrance to the building. Some signs say Nomadic Cafe, some say Zawadi Cafe, so it's a little confusing for first time visitors. The person on the phone was helpful in directing us and friendly when we arrived. Coffee was...
The coffee is terrible. The pastries are mediocre. But there is good chess on Saturday mornings, and the Muslim music is beautiful. Unless you have another reason to be there, don't bother.
