With my wife being out of town, I was flying solo for dinner. She left me a gift card for Olive Garden that I decided to use. I went early (5:00 PM) to avoid the usual dinner crowd. I was greeted at the door by three friendly, smiling faces. While at the table, I was given a menu and saw that they still had the soup/salad and breadsticks on their menu. That is what I ordered. The minestrone soup was equally as good as what my wife makes at home. My wife is a fantastic cook, so that is saying quite a bit. During my brief stay, my server was very attentive without being overbearing. She refilled the items that I was low on. I was pleasantly surprised by her attentiveness. There are those that will ridicule Olive Garden stating that their Italian food is not real Italian. I had zero complaints about my food and would recommend their wait staff to any one of their competitors.
Look man, it's Olive Garden. They'll be friendly, they'll give you breadsticks until you could replace your own skin with that hot, buttery bread, they'll put a lot of cheese on your pasta while looking uncomfortable if you don't stop them fast enough, and when you're there, you're there, like the commercial says.
We went to satiate a soup craving and it wasn’t like it use to be. But the food was still decent and our service was great.

Our server Jazz was AMAZING! Went above and beyond. The best service we have had in awhile. We hadn’t been to Olive Garden in years but will definitely be going back soon!

i hadn’t been to an olive garden in years because i felt the quality in food had seriously gone down but i had a craving for some breadsticks and alfredo sauce so my partner and i went for dinner. the food was actually really tasty and we were both pleasantly surprised and impressed with how good the food was however the issue was the actual customer service here. we went on a sunday evening and didn’t even get greeted..just blank stares and “how many?” and “ok follow me”. our server was also bland as well, the only time we felt any type of decent customer service with our server was after we paid. the only kind and nice people were both an older hispanic lady who brought out our food out to us and hispanic gentleman who was the busboy. even when we were leaving the 2 hosts at the front didn’t say anything either again lol, no “good bye” “thank you.” it’s like we ruined most of the workers day by coming in and supporting their jobs. super weird and overall uncomfortable experience.

Been here several times, the food and the service have always been excellent. Our server was Sterling, he was super on top of things. We never went more than 10 seconds with an empty breadstick basket. I even forgot my wallet in the restaurant and Sterling ran it out to me!

we ordered take out and it was amazing! the breadsticks are always so good along with the gnocchi soup! will definitely be ordering again!
