Came in on a busy day, I had never been to Panera before June was kind to explain the pick deals, and he sandwich and Mac and cheese was amazing! I joined the rewards program because I definitely will be back!

Went for lunch. At 12:30 while we were eating they came around with the vacuum even though there wasn’t any mess. Food was cold, ordered soup.
We onto Panera bread a lot but this one is horrible. I will never return to this location.

The cashier was not welcoming at all. We got pieces of bread that felt hard and old. When I asked if there was a way to get some warm bread, she started telling me why the bread wasn't fresh and did not try to help at all, making me feel like I was being greedy and just wanted more bread. After I insisted she finally agreed to toast a piece of bread for me with an expression on a face that came accross as annoyed.
I don't understand why people have such a hard time offering great customer service, and being courteous. SMH...

long wait and my sandwich was freezing in the middle. not just cold but actually freezing. unbearable unfortunately. it was like they grilled the sandwich 10 seconds each side. the bread was barely tasted, closer to bread than toast for what was supposed to be a hot sandwich. the inside was pure ice.

Great place to chill and reset with the kids after a little too much excitement on the rides. There is a bathroom if you ask for the key at the front counter.

We ordered online for delivery and got a very bad DoorDash driver. We were staying only a couple minutes from the mall and thought it would be a quick drop off. The driver then proceeded to drive past the Minneapolis airport and took more than an hour to get to us. We called the Panera here to see if they could help us with our order, they were very sweet and understanding and helped us out a bunch.

I was little disappointed the kiosk didn't accept my coupon code since it doesn't expire for a couple months, but I'll just use it next time. Restaurant was clean, and service was fast. Food was delicious, as always.

The guy working the counter was very nice and did a great job taking our order, however on the menu it doesn't specify what comes on specific sandwiches which led to us asking to have one remade with less ingredients. this caused the guys manager to start giving him a stern talking to in front of customers, the manager then told me that the guy working the counter (who is new) has been messing up alot as if to try and embarrass him when he did nothing wrong in the first place. the new employee was a very nice guy who did not deserve to be treated that way over something that was not his fault in the first place.

The place is filthy and the drinks were not good the Pepsi tasted old and it was thick the lemonade the same l.
