A decent place to get a bite to eat. Right next to the food court with lots of other options if you don't like Panera. The service was very nice and was able to get everything that we ordered. A very nice atmosphere as well inside.

They are routinely (over multiple visits) out of basic menu items. This is a predictably high traffic store at a marquee destination location. This is a corporate owned location. Management clearly doesn't care therefore neither do the employees. It's a bad look for an otherwise decent chain. Do better.

The menu here is basically the same as at all Paneras (which seem to be ubiquitous). They have the stadard selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads. Prices are high for what you get, but the food is at least reasonably healthy compared with burger-based fast food joints. Service was efficient.

Came here for breakfast and they weren't open, despite being 20 minutes past their posted opening time. Also, their bathroom door locks people inside, as the handle is too worn and gets stuck. The music was also too loud for talking, even though we were the customers.

This place is unbelievable, a real downer for the Panera corporate. Horrible service. The staff seems confused and stalled t the counters. Coffee was cold, hot water was cold, the milk flasks were empty. They were out of butterThere were 2 ladies working their tails off though at the kitchen, who were quite helpfulTo add to that a customer looking person was staring at others and eating food brought from outside.Vegetarian options: Panera always has good vegetarian options and they are good quality too.Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly with good portion sizes
