Love this place!! Been twice and it's been a treat every time. I get their brown sugar boba, which is delicious, and last time I went we tried the bubble waffle with ice cream, which was AMAZING. So good, highly recommended

Ordered the waffle cone ice cream and it was the most decadent dessert imaginable. Fresh crispy on the outside, soft on the inside waffle made while you wait. Filled with premium ice cream and toppings. Would do again in a second.

Adorable boba tea place for boba tea and boba waffles. I took my daughter there for her birthday and they let me take pictures of her all over the cute store. The tea and waffle we ordered were both delicious. Staff was kind and helpful.
