The worst restaurant and food I’ve ever had or been to. The girl there with glasses that was blonde didn’t have a good customer service attitude Plus they were out of everything. But gave the lady after me a discount for popcorn lol. I first wanted the bread bites but out of marinara. So I ask for the pizza & asked for red peppers and Parmesan. And they were out of the Parmesean.. so they have nothing stocked and prepped! You have to wait 10 minutes for them to make something. But when I opened up the box of pizza, it looks okay but as I pick up a slice of pizza it’s nothing but cheese in the middle of the pizza and all the cheese just slid off the little piece of bread that was their. Not even the bottom of the bread is there. It’s litterly all cheese and the crust. And I spent $8 for this nasty pizza. I had to just throw it out. Absolutely disgusting…

This establishment uses old and or outdated toppings. The toppings aren't fresh at all. Whoever is running this operation hired low rate employees as well. It isn't the location, it's the food. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon. It was all outdated, didn't realize until I took a second look, they try to cook it back to life. Not fresh at all, I advise anyone go to southdale mall for good pizza.

Ordered from Pizza Hut while we were staying at Great Wolf Lodge. The good: it was delivered within 30 min and was still hot when it arrived. The driver was nice enough to call and give me a heads up that he was on his way so I could head downstairs and meet him in the lobby. The bad: they completely forgot to slice my breadsticks. I really don't understand how this mistake could have been made. It was quite obvious when I opened the box. On top of that, they ran out of paper plates (but it was Super Bowl yesterday... so I'll cut them a little slack for that).

well today when I ordered it took awhile the delivery guy told me they burnt the 2 pizzas a little bit of so they made 2 more for free so I have 4 pizzas now but anyways great customer service very thoughtful

ordered last night after I told myself never will I order from pizza hut again when my cheesy bread sticks go delivered completely burnt. I love the boneless honey bbq wings and really wanted them, so last night decided ok, 1 more chance. I ordered wings and a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, the wings were perfect the pizza was absolutely terrible. It was so over cooked the sauce was gone. I threw it over my deck for the squirrels. Such a disappointment again. I called to talk to a manager like last time with NO answers. Done, done, done! Jacks frozen pizza is 100 times better then Pizza Hut and that's terrible.
I ordered a "deal" from their website. It was one large one topping pizza and one large three topping or speciality pizza for $22.99. I ordered one cheese pizza with extra cheese and one veggie specialty pizza. I received one veggie pizza and was charged for the two plus tip. I called them and no one answered. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

This had to be one of the fastest delivery I've ever had for a pizza. The pizza came hot too. I definitely, when staying near Mall of America, would order from this Pizza Hut again.
