They have closed for good. They are not coming back. Building sold to new owners. New company coming called CW's Bar and Grill.

As many of the other reviews stated my main and really only problem here is that the service is bad. Even sitting at the bar will not mitigate this. The staff is nice enough for sure, and if you can get their attention the drink comes fairly quick, but you better ask for two.

What happened to PR?! I recently moved back to the area and was thrilled to live near Poor Richard’s again... but yikes. ? Their service has been consistently terrible, restrooms filthy and the bar frequently runs out of beer and wine. Even the parking lot is full of potholes and puddles. Tonight was no exception. We sat at a table for nearly 20 minutes while the server socialized with friends at the table next to us. We eventually went up to the bar to order beverages.. And again to get a second round.. And again to order an appetizer (the cheesy fries were pretty delicious)... And once more to ask for plates and silverware before deciding not to order entrees. I really hope Poor Richard's can return to its previous standard... or perhaps that something new will come in and replace it.

Price point is kinda high for a night out with coworkers but we were here for happy hour so it was two for one apps. Food was pretty good. Try the pork belly! Wouldn't be a bad date place.

Service was outstanding!!! Thanks to our waitress. Food is good. They do their own thing, it’s not the same stuff you get from everywhere else. Beer menu is ok, they try to have a little something for everyone.

Service is great. I love their selection of burgers, the early bird being my favorite. Beer selection is also great. They often have good specials and the patio is a great place to enjoy a beer with friends during the summer.

Cesar salad was iceberg lettuce and a chicken breast, nothing else. And was $16. Other meals were fine, but nothing to entice us back. Service was fine.

Pleasantly surprised by the the quick service to get us a table for 10 without a reservation. The promotion for BOGO on appetizers at the time was great. The food was okay and there was nothing to special about the service as the group ended up being a little bit smaller and we just had a few drinks and some apps.

Good place to watch your favorite sporting events. Large bar area. Wide variety of menu options to suite different tastes. They also have 2 rooms available for private party rental - holiday, office, birthday celebrations, retirement, or bridal showers.

Great service, great atmosphere, the very good food. All-in-all just a great place to hang out.
Not a good experience this time. We were seated promptly however Server took 10 minutes for first drink. We ordered when first drinks arrived, food took 30 minutes! Burgers were cold, Fries were cold, Walleye sandwich cold and had zero Cajun seasoning. Server didn't check on food till we were about done eating. Holiday weekend, short staffed, GM should have known this. It will be awhile before we will go again, lots of choices with better service and better food.

After having one drink, they are out of my booze. Nobody goes to look anywhere, they’re just out. Not a hey, let me go check or anything, thanks dude. And thanks for the 2 inch paper towel in the bathroom. No idea if the food is any good. Why would I bother at this point...

Sweet spot. Can't wait to go back. Didn't eat food but I can just imagine it's good. Great atmosphere for all. Highly recommended.

This is a restaurant with bar food. Predictable, maybe even boring, but consistent and served efficiently.

The hostess seemed to be having a bad day and didn't seem interested in giving us a table. They didn't even say anything to us, just gave an annoyed wave to get us to follow to a table. We waited a long time (20+ minutes) to get menus and a longer time to get to order (another 20+ minutes). It was during happy hour so it was relatively busy. They were out of Jameson and one type of wine that we tried to order. Food was ok. The specials are a good deal though.
