Someone please give Alex a raise! We were in today and he was PHENOMENAL! We have food allergies that he was so careful to tend to and when he learned it was my daughter’s birthday, he worked hard to find an alternative treat for her so we could celebrate! We are so grateful!

Waitress messed up our order. She had no idea on what she was doing. They took off the price of the kids meal that was incorrect, they didn’t offer to remake it. The food that did come correct was sub par and expensive. Nice experience to see but, would never go back. Once is enough.

First of all our chicken that we ordered in a chicken salad was very dry. We also spilled a root beer and it took three staff until we were able to get napkins and then get the table washed. We asked for ketchup and never received it and had to get up from the table and get it from another table. Poor service not friendly to kids very disappointed in the experience.
We visit Rainforest Cafe occasionally for the Kids. The atmosphere is fun and they liked the lightning show and animatronics. The food had mixed reviews. My Caprese sandwich was good. My son ate just one of his small kid's burgers saying it was “mid”. My other son barely touched his popcorn shrimp as he did not like them. This is unusual because he loves shrimp. Overall everybody said it was okay and a fun opportunity to sit together for a meal.

The reservation system didn't work. We arrived on time and checked in and others who arrived with no reservations went in before us. Our server was inattentive and disinterested to be there. The food was lukewarm. Definitely not a great value.

Celebrated my niece's birthday with a table full of 11-12 year olds - our server was on point with everything along with keeping drinks filled, the food was great, food came out timely & was delicious, the ambiance was just enough to be entertaining but not overpowering to conversations so it was perfect.

The vibe here is super cool. The food was good, but overpriced for the quality. It is essentially like a Applebees with cool animatronics. I still think it's worth it to go to for a special occasion, but I wouldn't want to go often.
