My 4 year old granddaughter was amazed. Unfortunately the food was terrible which is unfortunately made worse by the cost. The service was great.

Server keeps forgetting things we ask him, no one cleaned the table or below it. Food is sub par and vegetarian options were zero. Waiter was not interested to talk us through options. For the price , it's not worth it .

Even though we had a reservation I had to wait in two lines to get a table. One line was inside a store. It's very uncomfortable being with kids inside a store just waiting to be seated. A lot of pressure to buy overpriced things I don't need or want. Not a great way to start the dining experience.

We took our young grandsons for the atmosphere. However the food was better than I expected, the Bimini chicken sandwich rocked and the lettuce wrap chicken was great and huge!!!

Enjoyable return to the RFC with my young kids. Food was tastier than I remembered and the ambience was fascinating to my children. Good time overall.

Awful awful place.. so loud, disgusting food, my kids said it wasn't even fun and they're toddlers. There was a drunk grown man in woman's restroom?? Didn't acknowledge child's birthday, 0/10 final rating.

Not long ago I read a nostalgic post about Rainforest Cafe and I hadn’t stepped in one in more than 25 years. This place is a pretty dark environment with the animatronic animals. (The one I remember visiting was a bit more open but this is set in a mall). It might be a bit scary for tiny children but mine likes it especially the aged 11 one. The place is touristy and prices high for what really is a minimal experience but the food was quite good and the 11 year old did dig it. Besides it beats going to the food court. Service was decent if not above and beyond. Portions were decent sized. Menu is mostly bar food but was a decent amount of choices. Kid menu had a lot of options too. So it’s a tourist trap but I knew that going in and was at least happy that it met expectations for me

We arrived 10 min early for our reservation, ended up waiting 40 minutes to be sat than by the time we got food it was over an hour and forty five minutes since the “start” of when our reservation was for. We were starving waiting, wasn't provided enough silverware or napkins even upon asking, finally got our food only to have all of the vegetables across all the different dishes(pot roast, pastes etc) to be undercooked and hard. Waiter was nice but overall experience bad. Will not go again.

I was really excited for this trip with my family. We were visiting Mall of America for the first time and we thought the Rainforest Cafe would be perfect. All of our kids love animals and our youngest is 6 years old with autism and absolutely love animals and movies like the lion king. We were celebrating her 7th birthday and were so excited to do this with the family, I was very disappointed with the entire experience. Not only did we not get to eat as a family due to food being forgotten. They got the steak meal wrong and we didn't want to be difficult so he just ate it. They put they steak right on top of the fries so all the fries were greasy and soggy. The kids meals were the only thing really decent. $230 later and a terrible experience we were told to go to the front for a cup to take home since we ordered a mojito. I waited at the front for a long time while a lot of people just walked past me. Someone finally came up and let another couple cut in front of me to buy a bunch of stuff from the shop. I started have an anxiety attack and just had to leave. If it wasn't for my partner I would have just left without the cup. He stood up and asked if we can please have the cup so we can go. It was just all very disappointing and overwhelming. The waitress was aware of all this going on and didn't do anything but tell me who's fault it is. If I come back to MOA I do not want to return to the Rainforest Cafe.

It was so loud. They put us outside of the kitchen and the bright light was screaming on our face. On top of that, I had a baby screaming in my ear. The menus were worn, and sticky.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday with her best friend this time and we had a BLAST! We ONLY go to The Rainforest Cafe when we visit the Mall of America.

Our poor server was great. But it was a hassle to use a coupon - “management” made us feel like we were not ordering enough, even though we met the requirements of the coupon plus drinks. We just didn't want leftovers or to waste food. We tipped >20% on the bill + the value of the coupon, so our server didn't lose out. But overall, there are so many better options at MOA.

We had a tremendous experience at Rsinforest Cafe!! The staff was fantastic and the food was really yummy! They seamlessly accommodated our party of 10 and we could not be happier with our experience 😊
