We were able to get in before our time slot, which was great. Our waitress was very nice and was attentive. The food was so so. The price versus the food quality wasn't the most ideal. However, the ambience and the experience was worth it.

It's hard to write a review for this places because our toddler loved it for its animals/storms but we hate it (as parents) for its food. Can we at least have fresh steam vegetables instead of the frozen kind? And please work on the rice as it's very salty, mushy and clumpy.

Great place to take our grandkids for their birthdays! They love the thunderstorm and all the activity with the animals. They like having the waiters come with a birthday dessert singing Happy Birthday.
