I have always thought about the excellent service and good food at Red Lobster, but today I am very disappointed
The server was very nice.
It took a really long time (an hour) to get our food. Tables that came in well after we did got their food before we did. Biscuits, drinks, appetizers all came out late. We ordered appetizers and they came out at different times. No manager came to the table.
