I came in a a hour before they closed and the server immediately told me that I would have to order fast because the kitchen was shutting down and even when I tried ordering more shrimp I was told the kitchen was closed and it was 30 mins before closing. I didn't get my money worth

Trash waiter, if we ever come here again for ayce anything, will be asking for no seasoning. Intentionally over salted food can kill people. Don't feel bad about not leaving a tip here.

Made a reservation to take out mom for Easter dinner just tonight, loaded her up and the wheelchair. Get to order our food and we're told they are out of the rock lobster tails for the lobster fest duo tail deals. Great -only reason she wanted to go there. Had to load up her and her wheelchair again and leave and go to a location that we called ahead of time. Lesson learned. I guess you have to call ahead and make sure they have food now. They were out of stuff last month when we were there too.

We had a wonderful meal. Our server was great.Dietary restrictions: Grandson is allergic to seafood. Got a steak. Server made sure the kitchen staff was aware not to cross contaminate his food.

Just had a girls night out here, and Jessica is the BEST server, she was cracking inside jokes with us by the end of the night and kept the most beautiful drinks coming.... Good service knows good service!! She's the bomb dot com and I'll love her forever!! Our food was delicious too, no doubt because Jessica made sure of it!

Let’s start with our server Joaquin! He was simply AMAZING!!! We enjoyed him just as much as we enjoyed our food. He engaged with all his customers and I thought that was the most amazing thing. Now, the food…. Everything we ordered was great. The Calamari and our cocktails were delicious. Our Entrees came out quickly and everything was perfect as you can see from the photos. I’d definitely recommend this location and you”d have an even better experience if you’re lucky to get Joaquin as your server!!The Barton Family!Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu!

I don't go to Red Lobster often. Last time was less than good. Lots of confusion about being seated. And waiter clearly didn't remember what we ordered since asked several times about who ordered what when serving. Several items were missed and required us asking after they had brought items out but didn't know what to do with them. Also, items came sporadically like one salad came without dressing. Waiter acknowledged this but then took 10 minutes to get dressing and that sort of thing happened multiple times. Food tasted good except it was the most flavourless lobster I've ever had. How does anyone mess up lobster... Especially a place named Red Lobster? In the waiter's defense it was busy. Probably understaffed. The issues probably stem from outside the staff's control.

Our bartender yesterday was absolutely the best! He made me and my mom's experience great! I can't remember his name but it was definitely during lunch! My hamburger definitely came out well done instead of medium like I ordered, and he wasted no time in taking it off the bill for us. Awesome dude??✊
