We used to eat here fairly often. We had delivery a few weeks ago it was very good. Food still pretty warm and we got a refill on the mandarin oranges and bottomless root beer float, and extra fries with our order. Hope to get it again soon. Free delivery extended to April 19, 2020 but check with the store.

I ordered the mad love burger. It was definitely spicy but not too bad. The burger could have used more flavor. The bottomless fries are what I go there for.Service was fast and the servers were attentive. The manager went around to different tables to make sure everything was all good. The restaurant had a lot of customers but that didn’t make the service any slower.I like the convenience of adding extra items and paying for our dinner at the kiosk at the table. My 4 year old especially liked the short videos that were free to watch on it too.

5 STARS!!!! I was attempting to order online, my Birthday burger and a Kids meal. I was having trouble loading my rewards online, so I called. Katie was BEYOND helpful. When I arrived to pick up my order, Greg, the GM, greeted me with a smile. With everything happening in the world with COVID-19, having amazing customer service still, shows how much you care about your store, and its' customers. This was my first visit to this particular location. I will revisit this store again for sure. Way to go, Greg and team!

Had a great time. Had dinner with two of my grown kids. Atmosphere was decent, not too loud. Service was good. She came by with refills on the bottomless fries fairly frequently. The burgers were very good but I think they're a little pricey at $10-14. Parking at the Bloomington location was a little difficult to get to, no entrances on the main streets, you had to go around the block, but there were enough empty spots so I could park fairly close.

I came. I ate. I went. I always stop by Red Robin at least 2x a year. One for my free bday burger and to join someone else for their free bday burger. Ambiance: It was PACKED in there that Saturday and there were a ton of children there. Let's just say it was loud and I was glad i was over 21 so that I may be seated in the bar. LOL Food: Their gourmet burgers are always pretty good. I got the burger with the fried egg on top and endless steak fries. Service: Our server was unimpressive, but the manager was on point. He kept walking the place and making sure everyone enjoyed their visit. See ya later in the year, RR!

There are days I feel like I’m not being heard or seen. Today was that day. My feet stuck to the floor on our booth someone had spilled a drink and not cleaned the floor. The ketchup bottle was mangled in a weird shape like someone had dropped on the floor. I ordered a cheddar cheese well done burger on brioche bread. Added guacamole. Long story short. First burger arrived not what I ordered. Second burger closer but now on a sesame bun and not thoroughly cooked proper. Half the burger was cooked the other medium rare. Nasty. I left behind more than I ate. Could of filled up on fries but none were offered. Would have at least told the waiter but he was extremely busy. Left feeling hungry. Sad experience would not go back to this location.

Food was good. Staff was friendly. The manager stopped by once or twice asking how everything was. The waitress seemed rather slow at getting our refillable sides refilled, but got to it eventually. Overall, good food and relaxing environment.

We started with the "nachos" The cheese was not melted, the sour cream looked more like butter, and the meat didn't look like beef. I ordered a blender strawberry margarita. It tasted like a smoothie. We tasted not a hint of alcohol. Fries were soft. They tasted bit better with the seasoning on the table. Burgers are decent. But nothing amazing. At least our server was nice. Our tab was $63.00 for what we felt was $25.00 worth of food. We will not be returning.

We've been here a few times and the service is consistently slow. The servers are always blaming the kitchen, however the service is terrible too. The burgers taste like frozen patties a step above Burger King, but far from the quality of Five Guys. We were here tonight, but this is the last time. We came around 6:15pm and the 30 table main dining room at it's busiest, was only 15 seated tables. One table over 4 people, the rest were 4 and 2 tops. Our kid's food was ordered on the table console as we sat down before our drinks came. The meals were slow coming out for both adults and kids. Our kid meals were delivered first and the side portions are small, we got 3 slices of apples and 4 pieces of broccoli. They are unlimited sides, right?! Our server didnt come back to check after the food was dropped off. After about 40 minutes from ordering the adult food was brought out. At that time I requested a refill on kids sides. Which was not ordered; the sides never came and weren't on our final itemized bill. We got refills on kid drinks and I asked for a side of ranch. 10 minutes later the server comes back and I ask for it again. We waited to see if we could get a refill on our adult sides, but the server didn't come back. So we paid or check on the table console and left. It wasn't like the restaurant was super busy and the server wasn't rushing around. The server was barely out in the main dining area so getting their attention was tough. We never saw a manager. I get having a slow kitchen, but at least refill our drinks and sides as requested. If you are too busy to remember requests then write them down. Kids: They have high chairs, slings, and boosters. They have a kids menu and drinks are included. Cons: Slow service and small portions if sides aren't refilled. Also I saw several servers serving food over the heads of babies. That is cringe worthy to me. Eco: Everytime a refill is given so is a new straw.

Good food with many options. Music & KIDS can be a little too loud for me. I don’t go to restaurants to rock & roll, but to enjoy a meal and conversation.

After 15 minutes of waiting for ANYONE to come to the table, to even say hello, in a half empty restaurant I have to wonder, is our money not good enough? Do we smell? Were we too nice to the hostesses? Not sure. This was going to be our first time here. Obviously we just aren't cool enough. I'm writing this review while sitting in the restaurant. And now after another 4 minutes we are just going to have to find a place that wants our money. Seriously Red Robin, why do you hate us?!?!?

Watch your receipt. My bill for food and drinks $45.?? so I left a $9.00 cash tip. I check my balance after every transaction which comes immediately after the card is swiped. Everything was good until the next day when my balance came back down $10.50 lower. Apparently the server gave herself another tip on top of my cash. Haven't been back since.

Waited over 10min just to be seated. No hostess available when I walk in. This location has been short staff every time I’ve gone. Is like is a totally different restaurant from others locations(Shoreview and Apple Valley). Very disappointed
