If I could give ZERO stars I would. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT RECOMMEND. Noodles were hard and chicken was very dry, I could barely swallow it! I went and talked to the lady for a refund and or something else and she laughed in my face and said absolutely not. That’s was 100000% discrimination and humiliating she tried laughing and mocking me. Don’t support business like this.

We ordered something off of the menu, but were told that they couldn't "make fresh food because the kitchen [was] busy". They were also out of the rice we wanted and we were told there would eb a wait. We ended up getting Mango Chicken, which did not taste like mango, and lo mein noodles. The food did not have Thai flavors whatsoever. It was like a blander version of Panda Express.

The tofu noodle soup was so flavorful and a really great healthy lunch option considering the other food court options.

This place gone down the drain. It used to be a good place to eat, and large quantity. The last time i went there, the food was cold, the fried rice was bland, the quantity was so small. No longer worth eating here.

One of my go-to places whenever I go to MOA. It’s like a better version of Panda Express. I usually get the spicy grilled chicken and the bang-bang chicken and it’s always good. They give pretty big portions too.

I think it’s disgusting that they don’t follow food codes and they don’t wear gloves when serving food or putting OPEN silverware INSIDE customers food container WITHOUT gloves. Gross don’t recommend.

It's nothing like a Thai cuisine. More Chinese dishes. It's not very good. I wish I looked at the reviews on map before deciding on this one. Only reason I went with this was because I saw it's Thai and was hoping to get some tasty food, but so disappointing.

I love the food here. I get food at this location every time I come to the mall. Friendly workers and very hot food. Also you get what you pay! They stuff your container with food!

We decided to try Ruby Thai because the Panda Express lines at the food court were much longer. So service was fast, but the staff didn't seem to be very friendly and we couldn't get any tap water to drink. Food was OK, but certainly not great, even for food court standards. No chopsticks were available. Seating was a bit hard to find, and the tables were dirty, although Ruby Thai probably has limited control over the seating area.
