Very good ice cream from Sebastian Joe's creamery. Quick service. Reasonable pricing. The space is a little dingy, but they do have both indoor and outdoor seating.

We stop at Scoops whenever we visit the grandkids! It's within walking distance of their house and it's always a fun trip. The servings are generous, the help is always friendly and accommodating, and the place is clean! We love to sit outside and enjoy our treats! Thanks, Scoops!!
