The lady with the short hair needs to be checked, some of the other reviews say this too. I like Sencha’s drinks but I avoid this specific place everytime I come to MOA cause the workers treat the customers like they’re bothersome for ordering drinks.

Disappointed with the customer service i got with the lady with brown hair.I work in the mall and always have great customer service etiquette.. and don’t understand why i got treated with such bad service when i was confused with the menu.. she embarrassed me and wasnt helpful at all.

Small place with huge roster of teas, smoothies and flavors. Definitely recommend if you have the time. Great treat to walk around with and shop.

Milk tea was very good and I like the number of options on the menu and selections of teas to go. The only let down was the tapioca pearls, which were very hard and felt like they’d been sitting out all day.

Sencha MOA is my favorite place to stop for tea. I always try to try a different drink every and I’m never disappointed. I really enjoy the drinks - no complaints.The tapioca pearls are so GREAT and have definitely improved lately. I always appreciate the staff - Kelsey and Lupe have are always so kind and patient when explaining things. Highly recommend Sencha to my friends and family.

The drinks are great but what keeps me coming back is how friendly the baristas are, every time I come in they make me feel welcome! the manager is very knowledgeable about tea, and always has great recommendations!
Really great atmosphere, menu selections and staff. Been a couple of times and Olivia (a barista) always remembers my name and recommends me great drinks to try when I describe what I’m looking for. Everyone is super great there!! Love the matcha and pumpkin drinks in the fall!!
