I stopped in for lunch and had a Big Mike burger and a half sized Pumkin Pie malt. First off the half size malt is what I would consider a whole size. Second Pumpkin Pie was the flavor of the month, it needs to be added as a permanent flavor. The Big Mike burger was absolutely awesome! I really enjoyed my entire lunch. I can't wait to come back and bring friends!

Would never go back or recommend anyone to because good service is not for everyone in the location and that will also determine the food you get unless there actual food is always like this but I highly doubt it because trashed everything beside the taste test bite had 2 meals, sandwich with fries and tenders with fries all trash to order pizza. Food was like it was a frozen food microwaved then left out for a long time or someone changed there mind from the table and they saved it just to microwave again for the next customer and anything tastes good to me when am hungry but the was not it.

I ordered the Plaza Burger, and let me tell you — it had zero flavor. Like, not even a hint of seasoning. The grilled onions and sour cream? Bland. The patty? Sad. The only thing seasoned was my disappointment.
When I told the manager, he said they don’t season their food on purpose and that there’s salt and pepper on the table so customers can “DIY.” Sir… I came here to eat, not to cook. 😭
The kids (9 years old) loved their meals — but honestly, at that age, ketchup and fries are gourmet. The service was great, but for a malt shop, I expected a burger that slaps. Instead, I got one that naps.
Prices were a little high too, but hey — at least my meal got comped. Bless that manager’s heart.
Verdict: cute place, nice people, flavor missing in action. 🚫🍔I left hungry. Should have went to Culver’s.

Paid Texas Roadhouse prices for fast-food quality. Meals come with no sides, and each add-on is overpriced. They even charge $1.50 for dipping sauces. My Rachel sandwich was awful. The “turkey patty” was cooked into oblivion instead of using fresh turkey slices. Dry, bland, and disappointing.
I was hungry and looking forward to visiting. I stopped by tonight at 8:10. Google and the sign on the door say they are open until 9. Lights on, about to dozen customers inside gerting served, and staff inside. The door was locked. I double checked the time. 8:10. Double-checked the posted hours on the door: open until 9. Finally got the attention of the staff who came out to tell me that they closed almost an hour early? Disappointing to say the least.

Great place to meet friends! Whenever we come home from a trip, we stop here on the way home before we get back to the swing of things. The malts are large, and the pricing is still affordable to feed a family of five.

Great food and malts! Waitress was funny and helpful. Waffle fries were very good and the chili cheese dog is excellent. The chili tasted homemade with beans. Strawberry Malta’s real strawberries and was very good. The pumpkin pie malt was surprisingly good too. I think they literally made it with a piece of pumpkin pie and not just pumpkin spice or flavoring.
