So disappointed every single time I come here. I absolutely love sonic, but this locations lets me down Everytime. In order to make their service seem faster to corporate, they mark your order complete before it's done. The screen says someone is coming with the order and then I have sat there for 10-15 minutes. I even pressed the button to ask for an update and they just said someone is coming. The food was also terrible. Ordered a chili dog and it had barely any chili on it. The lettuce and tomatoes on my burger had gone bad and the sodas were pretty watered down. I kept coming back because I love Sonic and there aren't any other ones close by, but it's just a waste of money. Don't bother coming to this location if you want good food.

I experienced extremely poor customer service during the PM shift. The female staff members were notably rude and began yelling at me when they couldn’t hear me. When I politely requested that she repeat my order, she ignored me entirely and instructed me to pull up to the window. Upon arriving at the window, another female worker displayed an unprofessional attitude, falsely claiming that we had said we wouldn’t pay for our order. We immediately corrected her and clarified that this was never stated. Meanwhile, the other two female employees in the back were rolling their eyes and laughing, further contributing to the negative experience. I’ve never had this experience with the AM crew and I feel like this needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
was trying to order a sandwich off of the 1.99 menu and the lady taking my order just said “i don’t know” and laughed rudely
she refused to even look for what we were saying or try to understand us. just rushing the order i guess.
i just wanted to get my boyfriend a cheap sandwich and she was really mean. happened at stall 16 around 9:05

The lady taking my order got it completely wrong & when I asked her for the right order she immediately was extremely rude & wouldn’t give it to me so I was stuck with the wrong order
Brother and I wanted a quick bite to eat and try something new before heading home so we pulled through ordered and served fairly timely! Staff was very nice and tried the no.2 combo with tots! It was a very nice experience:)
