I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my experience this time was disappointing. The employee taking my order seemed very unfriendly and low on energy, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. On top of that, my order wasn’t made correctly because they forgot my caramel drizzle. I expected better attention to detail. Hopefully, service improves in the future!

They are redoing the exterior of the shops and when it's complete it'll be super nice!

Parking: Spots located right outside their for, plenty of nice spots

Wheelchair accessibility: They have automated doors so you're able to get in/out fairly easy

It gets pretty diry in therw because of all the foot traffic its a very busy Starbucks and right now they have construction going on so times that by 2. But all in all its just a Starbucks nothing to brag about..

Every time I've been here ..I live close and I tell my friends no no I don't want to go because every time I buy the same drink. It's never good ..ok 1 time and since then I have to ask them to remake it because I can't taste coffee in it at all the gal who used to work here said it's because the get going so fast they don't empty and refill the press for coffee they just keep running water thru it untill it's almost clear most people never will come back to complain ..well that sucks ..8 bucks for hot water and flavoring..nope fix this !! And I'll be back with the girls

SLOW. HORRIBLE SLOW. I am done waiting literally 20+ minutes every time I use mobile app and walk in and it’s dead. Ridiculous!!! Or they get a drink wrong every 3rd order!!!

Nice but hard to find with all the construction had to turn around after I caught the name on door. It's nice wish there was more seating options, sat at the table with group of guys who were respectful and had there meeting one end and I had my meeting.

The worker made my caramel frappe without caramel drizzle and then I asked for it and the girl seemed annoyed and then proceeded to tell me they don’t make coffee drinks with whip cream and drizzle, “but I’ll put it on for you”. Sorry I’m asking you to make the drink how it’s made?

It says no smoking on the outside tables, but there's no reinforcement, so we ended up having someone smoking like a chimney right next to us.

Please don’t waste your time or money here. Extremely slow and shows no signs of improvement. Been going here for about a year and each visit I’m disappointed. Just go somewhere else. Literally one cashier and one barista during lunch rush. That’s crazy. One other person came out but we already were waiting 20 minutes. Yikes.

I absolutely hate this location...IF you get service don't be visually impaired and ask what a menu price would be blind customers are required to have memorized the menu and can never want anything different. The line is always to the door and the store feels crowded and dark. I left and went up the road to caribou and I know it was faster to leave go to another shop and return as my friend had wanted to remain and the line in that time had been moved by only one customer. I told her we didn't have all day and said 30 minutes isn't worth a stupid pumpkin anything and we could drive to a new Starbucks somewhere and get it faster. I Absolutely hate when I make the mistake of trusting this shop again thinking eh maybe it's gotten better...it may be a block from my house but if I want to not spend my morning staring at the back of the person in front of me and actually want to get caffeine I don't come here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Forget accessibility this location doesn't have a drive through and due to the layout a way a wheelchair could be served they can't even accommodate a blind person as someone who does use a wheelchair time to time I wouldn't even stop and waste your time, they'd likely tell you oh could you stand in this obnoxiously long line we know you don't have legs but we just don't give a crap about disabled people.

Pure chaos. Extremely crowded, slow, sold out of items. Drinks sit out on counter because customers apparently don’t know how to pick up their drinks. Immediately regretted it as soon as I ordered and had to wait wait wait.
