What is it with Starbucks that they give to the costumers what they want instead of what the costumer wants? In dont want an americano, I want a dark roast.

The people who work there aren’t properly trained to create drinks exactly by the recipe. Wrong cups, no straws.
It's a place where the staff makes you feel welcome and treated with respect. I like to drink coffee all the time , thanks everyone
