Went on a Saturday and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. Apparently it was because of all the online orders. Should maybe have a ghost kitchen for online if that’s common.
Did not get to order as we did not have the time to wait any longer.
Heard staff getting frustrated with other staff behind the counter as well. They are likely stressed due to the non stop. Customer flow.
I was at your location at the Mall of America this Sunday. My grandson had a severe bloody nose that we were trying to stop. I asked your employees if I could have a couple of ice cubes to help. They were So rude. They told me I would have to make purchase first there was quite a line and I did not want to inconvenience anyone. Your customer service is terrible. I wasn’t asking for anything but a couple of ice cubes.
The workers today blatantly ignored the motivations to my drink because they were lazy. I asked for no ice in the drink and a side cup of ice, the girl yelled my name out and threw my drink FULL of ice on the table.

Terrible customer service apparently, you can’t redeem your birthday drink unless you’re using the app religiously it makes no sense.
I did have points on my account because I use it every day. I don’t know what religiously means because I use it almost every other day.
I work at the mall every time I go to the Starbucks they’re always extremely rude I get it is busy, but that’s not an excuse.

The lady handing out the drinks with a orange shirt and not name tag was horrible. She was rude and kept rolling her eyes when I asked her what I wanted. I honestly don’t know why she’s working there if she don’t like her job. Worst service

Ordered a English Breakfast Tea ‘Latte’, which didn’t have any steamed milk in it. Asked to remake, but said some bullshit that they can only provide steamed milk as a side that we can mix with the tea ourselves to make it into a latte. The workers here are a joke. Please go get trained again or find a new job.

Service: Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, not toasted on mobile to avoid the line. Took twenty minutes to receive, only after I saw people receive their drink orders who were there shortly after I had arrived. Was asked if I had sent it to the right store, and I had, they just lost my order in the rush. I have compassion for complex drink orders taking forever to make, but bakery only orders can be immediately completed. I only received a complimentary giftcard after asking.
Food: Typical starbucks food. Bagel is a little chewy and there was plenty of cream cheese.
Accessibility: At a glance the self service stir sticks and straws are too high to be considered in reach range. Tables and chairs can be rearranged as needed.
Atmosphere: Noise varies on amount of people and machines running. Typically loud. Much warmer in there than the rest of the mall.

I see a room full of customers waiting on thier order, and a counter full of coffee, they must prioritize online app orders first . Interesting way to go, maybe we could have the staff split orders based on time they were received so customers are in the store for 30 to , 40 minutes

Camden at the second level Starbucks in MOA had the best customer service ever!
Older gentleman working was extremely rude to my friends and I. We asked for large ice waters and were denied because they were “running low on cups”. They still had some and I offered twice to just pay for a custom ice tea in order to get more water. I was very dehydrated and not feeling well. He still denied and we also purchased drinks at the time. I used to work for Starbucks and would never think to act this way in front of a guest.

Surprised at the negative reviews. This Starbucks is my go-to my entire time I've worked at the Mall and even now that I don't. They're usually the busiest location in the mall, which they can't help, and it's weird people are mad that it gets busy. They actually know my name and are always kind and very hard working. In all seriousness, people need to be more understanding when they are busy and doing their best to fulfill orders both in store and online. (Appreciate you Starbucks peeps)
