I took 30 min to pick up my drink due to running behind at work, and they remade my drink for me, as it was blended!! Cory is the guy who helped me and offered to remake my drink without me even having to ask!!! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!! Thank you!!!!!

Came here 10/26. I ordered the sugar free vanilla protein latte with protein cold foam. I even pointed at the picture of the drink displayed up on the menu board so there was no confusion when the young man behind the counter took my order. Drink was $7.03 and I tipped $1, so $8.03 total. Waited for 5 minutes (which was fine it was very busy) before my name was called. Went to counter and I see a hot drink cup. I tell the woman that’s not what I ordered. She walks away from the serving area and all of a sudden I hear her call my name at the register. She has me cut in front of everyone waiting in line to order and states “those are two different drinks”. All of a sudden she tells me I owe .55. I told her I disagreed with her calling me back over to the register and trying to charge me more money when my drink order was screwed up. That was no fault of my own. She wasn’t interested in listening. I then requested a refund including my tip. She told me tips are non-refundable. She said she was trying to rectify the problem. I told her she was making me come back over and start over when every other person in my party already has their drinks. And on top of that she was trying to get more money from me because they screwed up. I was baffled. With the store being as busy as it was she thought it was important to leave the serving counter and go over to registers to get another measly .55 out of me. It turned out she was the manager. A manger who lacks customer service and apparently refuses to spit out the word “sorry” and make the drink right without having me go back over and reorder. So basically in the end I paid $1 tip to have my drink made wrong and a manger who could care less try to “rectify” the mistake while talking over me.

The new redesign looks modern and cute, but it feels like there’s less seating than before. I stopped in on my birthday, but wasn’t wished a happy birthday. The store was dirty and dusty, which is surprising since it looks newly remodeled. Three staff members were just standing around talking, leaving only one barista actually working. Not a good “third place” experience
Every time I’m there either on break or for fun they’re super kind and greeting. The service is amazing for such a high volume store. Whoever selected this team and trained them is amazing!

The employees at Starbucks always make my visits enjoyable. They are consistently friendly, welcoming, and hardworking, even when the store is busy. I really appreciate how they take the time to greet customers with a smile and remember orders, which makes the experience feel personal.
They handle the rush with patience and professionalism, and the drinks come out just the way I like them. You can tell they care about both the quality of what they serve and the people they’re serving. It’s not just coffee—it’s the kindness and energy of the staff that makes me want to come back.

A barista here (I never looked at his name🥲) is awesome. I am a customer who likes to stick with one kind of drink. Today, I still ordered the same exact drink but changed a small thing in drink customization. When I went to pick up my drink, a barista stopped me and apologized, “I know you ordered a scoop of matcha, but I put two because you did ask for two scoops the other day!” and he apologized…!!!! (No needed to apologize, I just wanted to see the differences in sweetness) :)
Wow, wow, wow…!!!!! I know they have tons of orders per day… I know they are busy all the time, but then he memorizes and pays attention to that kind of small details?!?!?! I’M IMPRESSED!!!!!

I very rarely eat or drink at Starbucks but when I do, I am able to eat the heated breakfast/meat sandwiches. My egg and bacon sandwich was actually pretty tasty! Nice texture on the top of the bun.

Was in town on business and needed my coffee fix. This location had great service and I didn't have to wait long which was great because I had a meeting to get to. I will definitely be coming back!
